Yea last night I hunted Sith Thugs, looted all the FS resources, and got a +10 carb acc while moving on my last kill...

Sounds like siths is the way to go, But some of the siths are a pain med armor 150k ham high res

but no useful loot at all, none of my guildies looted anything too... now in phase 4 i only did the quest and looted skill mod cloths, a friend of mine looted armor experimentation +11 boots only doing the quests as well and the whole trade board is "spammed" with AS exp stuff and other sith-loot. 
It's completely different than in phase 4.
Has somebody realized something similar?

Dunno about the phases because Im not FS, but after taking some advice given here at the carb forums, I started hunting siths heavily for about 2 weeks. In conclusion, after killing probably 300 of these guys, I looted tons of FS resources, a crystal or two, and a carb acc while moving +10, which was the best of all loots.
I have better luck looting NS's and SInging Mt Clan...just my experience though
