Thread: Looting DOT Carbines

Hello All-

For sometime now, I've caught sight of auctions for carbines with some sick DOTs just as the prices for them spiralled way out of reach for a poor soul such as myself. None of the sellers would let me know where they looted these fine weapons. Someone out there must know where a guy can go to try and loot one of these. How bout it, any thoughts?

Dathomir NPC's in my opinion...Nightsisters, Singing Mountain Clan,,the best loots will come from those 300k ham guys...

have to agree here, alittle more work to get on the vette but I have seen some nice dot carbs drop there and got a few myself.

ATM Phase 3 is going on, there are tons of sith spawns all over dath, i have looted about 8 DoT carbines, go mad!! Seriously though, they have dropped me some very nice dot carbines with over 250 str. Just make sure you are prepared as they can hit very hard.

I've gotten them off Endor Marauders as well.

I have looted some really nice 3 strength 112 use carbines off of Nym NPC's also.

Agree with previous comments:


Corvette: High end DOT carbines

Sith Npc's: High end DOT carbines

Lok Mercenaries: Occasionally good quality DOT carbines

Rebel Npc's: Low end DOT carbines



In saying that I have only ever looted 2 goot DOT carbs in several runs on all of these Npc's.

Stormtroopers often drop ranged dot weapons with like 1% potency, 20 strength and 150 uses.

Seems about right, has anyone had any luck with Deathwatch spawns?

Dantooine Imperial Outpost has a mission where a Imperial Inquisitor is spawned. Have to Imp to pull the mission, Rebel to kill it. Once its dead and looted the Imp pulls another mission. Hello 4 +400 Str and 70%+ pot Carbines
