How does "become a tkm or a rifleman" help someone who wants to know how to grind carbineer? What is it exactly that people "need to know" about TKM's and riflemen on the carbineer board when asking questions on leveling up Carbines? You have some serious logic flaws there I'm afraid.

Truth be told, grindind Carbines is an easy job. You have many area effect specials (including an Area knockdown), many dizzy and posture down specials and the ability to stack many status effects consistantly. With this is mind it's not hard to level savage quenker lairs in no time at all. Thats probably the best way to level any profession to be honest.

1. Get decent kinetic resist ubese / comp armor

2. Go to dantooine and get buffed, by Doc and pound some brandy.

3. Get in a big group that is forming up for Vor Hunter missions.

4.

3. Get in a big group that is forming up for Vor Hunter missions.

4. Go afk while they get ready and leave the town.

5. Pull quenker missions after they leave and solo 12 - 15 3900xp quenkers per lair.

6. Master Carbine by the time your group needs more missions.

7. Point and laugh. (optional)

good laser cabine, with a powerup and target RECLUSIVE spine snakes on Lok.

at novice you should get 700+ Xp per kill, and i usually get a kill in 1 shot, Best part is they don't swarm. slower than rancor groups, but I find most groups are to unorganized to hunt well.

I usually carry a CDEF Carbine for lairs, just so i can milk it for all its worth. most lairs can give you 25 snakes. Thats 17500 XP per lair.. and its safe.

FYI Spine snakes swarm.... RECLUSIVE spine snakes don't swarm. and if you know an armoursmith they need lokian leather hide for padded armour.

I've tried the quenkers and unless you are VERY careful they swarm.. and soloing that will get you killed every time.

Gotta be unbuffed, i usually do them with regular ole clothes, no armor at all. Right now im 0/0/0/3 carbs and i can take2 at a time *usually* without putting on armor. No more than 2 should come at you at a time if you know what your doing, but if your unlucky and the lair decides to hurt itself you might get more. Then all you gotta do is pop on the armor and go to town. Honestly ive never heard someone call quenkers hard

Well im also master fencer, that might have something to do with it

I'm not sure what you're doing to solo quenkers, but I frequently have 5 of them beating on me and my ham stays very stable. I'm wearing a good suit of ubese, 80% kinetic, but I have done quenker missions with cheap mabari with 25% kinetic resist and with plain clothes. So the only thing I can assume is that you are grinding unbuffed, and thats a horrible waste of time if you ask me.

Last night in one buff period I was able to net 320k experience off quenkers, and then fly from Dantooine to Lok, drop off items at a friends house and logoff before the 3 hours ran out. So I'd have to estimate 320k in 2 - 2.25 hours.

Doc buffs, brandy, some armor and a dmg sliced laser carbine with a speed pu. then head to dantooine. Get marksman 0 0 0 1 for /aim, get scout 2 0 0 0 for maskscent. then use a macro with /aim; /fullAutoSingle;. The plan is to go up to 50m, then kneel and use the macro 3 times, after that just use the attack without the aim thing cause now the quenker is coming at you and you need to kill it as fast as possible. work up to 0 3 0 0, then change the macro to /aim; /cripplingShot;. That attack kills most quenkers before they even reach you. Now work up the first carbine tree for some evil speed and youll master it in no time.

I'd have to agree, the Dant quenkers are pretty much the standard grind fare for ALL combat professions. However, to speed things up, you might consider moving to Endor once you get 4/0/0/x. Once on endor, forget missions, just move about 900-1000 meters from either outpost and move around in a circle. the randomspawns are fairly heavy so you can get plenty of targets in a short time. Once you clear out the initial spawn and the first shot lair spawn, move to another nearby lair and kill those while the first lair respawns. You can move back and forth across a small area killing creatures non-stop. Example - swordsman - 600k exp in 2 hours just running around endor killing random spawns. Even without lairs, just kill all the creatures and within a few minutes they will have respawned so you can come back for more. It saves the time of shopping missions at the terminal and going out 1k and there are TONS of spawns. Dantooine has far fewer random spawns.
