Hmm a bounty hunter coming to the Jedi forums for sympathy ROFL!!!!! Sorry but you wont get any sympathy here considering most of your people come here and flame all day long.
Guess what Jedi Master has easily 20 times the difficulty to raise up then MBH, yet MBH has better state defenses than Jedi Master.... WOW
One different is that Jedi Master has Saber block, wich can be nullified by intimidate while BH have status defenses wich dont go away with intimidate.

MBH has no state defenses. We have +2/+24 melee/ranged defense.
The whole PWN thing was for a little laugh...lol
I am not sure if I can beat a Master BH without the Smuggler line that I have, but I think that I still could.
Now the defense mods I will give you BH should have some more defense mods, or a secondary defense such as Dodge, Counter Attack, Block, etc...
On the other hand you do get better speed and accuracy (I believe acc. but I know for a fact Speed) mods for spending less skill points on a specific weapon.
To me it all comes down to out of the 217 skill points argument that BH's like to give:
Out of the 217 you only use 125 for Combat (this is including Novice BH since its pure combat xp and you can't get that without fighting)
That is58% (approx) of your skill points that you use for combat.
A Master Pistoleer uses 77 skill points - all 100% Combat Skill Point Use.
Now 125 vs 77 is a diff. of 48 points I understand that, but as I broke down earlier, none of this is all directed combat based xp - some is carbine, some is pistol, some is rifle, and some if LLC.
From a pistol standpoints itself BH has better attacks - Eyeshot still works most of the time, and Torso shot is a nice Flame DOT.
So yes agree about the defense mods, but I will trade you a little defense for Torso Shot!!![]()
Umm...what game are you playing? Feel free to actualy LOOK at our tree and see what defenses we get.

yes they are changing combat.... but in 4 patches... there is a chance that we will have to deal with the broken system for 4 months yet or more....
Untill then, it will be worse each patch untill the 4th.... and that is not including fix repatches...
When I was a hvy swordsman I routinely did mind hits for 5-8k...
I had hits for 3-4k as a pistoleer, had 7-8k hits as rifleman...I've never hit anything for 8k with my LLC.

You've obviously never used cone 1 or 2...which rarely hit multiple targets even when they are standing on top of each other.
As to the misconception that BH have crazy offense...try BH as it currently exists and try saying that with a straight face. All the offense in the world doesn't help if you can't hit your opponent.
Well that is part of the fundamental problem with BH as a class, they can't dedicate 100% of their skill points to combat, because of the master scout requirement. That is of course a whole nother issue.
The way the system stands atm, unless the BH gets lucky a fkd sticks, then they will die to a pistoleer, 2-3 stopping shots will more than likely core the BH like an apple...with buffs and good armor (and unlucky HAM dsipersal, i.e. SS hitting 2 different bars) the Bh may last for another 2-3 shots, but in that time, the BH has more than likely missed with 80% of his shots and the shots he does hit with do less damage AND more than likely any state change associated with the shot failed to take affect.
