Folks like me do not get to make those kind of calls. People who script/code arevery similar toplumbers. If the bosses wantsus to put a toilet in the center of the living room, we redirect the pipes, dig a hole and install that toilet in the center of the living room. I may be able to put one of those cakes in it that turns the water blue, but that toilet is going in the center of the living room.
Oh man, now I have to explain how that toilet got there with the pretty blue water. =P
Tiggs, we jst want to know who ordered them to put the toilet there, why said person thought the toilet needed to be there, and their plans for the rest of the house...
The rest of the house is still under discussion. The toilet works better there and compliments the garage that will be moved their next. =P
Been over 2 years!?!?! I want a new contractor!
The toilet was for testing the color of the holos. As for the location... It is a time saver for the single man.

The answer to your question is: Lucasarts.
They pull the strings and tell SOE what to do. Major decisions are made by Lucasarts. They're hte ones who have chosen to push the prequels so much harder on us rather than give us some nice classic trilogy content.

LucasArts do not make the bugs though. Then throw in nerfs upon nerfs instead of fixing bugs. They just push thier marketing muscle and force out the expansions this year.

I was thinking that when reading the posts!! LOL I think the single man would prefer the toilet in the computer room though.

Folks like me do not get to make those kind of calls. People who script/code are very similar to plumbers. If the bosses wants us to put a toilet in the center of the living room, we redirect the pipes, dig a hole and install that toilet in the center of the living room. I may be able to put one of those cakes in it that turns the water blue, but that toilet is going in the center of the living room.

Thats not funny at all. Im not a grumpy old man, but in the current situation looking away from the real issues and posting supposedly funny things to cheer up people might convey the impression that SOE is not trying to tackle the problems that are blatantly obvious in another thread, but rather tries to pull attention away from them in hopes to swipe them under the carpet a little longer.
Or is your sentence not trying to be funny and actually a way of telling people that SOE has no vision for SWG and just is doing stuff here and there just to do stuff? This house labeled "SWG" should be past the overall design discussion of the house as a whole for 2 years and heavily into the discussion of which rooms should get new paint next and if so which color. Moving the toilet or the garage at this point is destroying the house.

Well, who ever the people are that specifically make the development decisions really have a lot to answer for. Just read through these forums. I have never seen such animosity regarding something so trivial as a video game (except maybe at a Detroit Lions football game).
They (whoever they are)have really turned something that is supposed to fun into a source of stress and anger. They should really find another job. I mean that in all seriousness. The morale among the player base is abismal. The paying costomers feel completely ignored and used.
Or maybe you two should find other jobs. I imagine that your jobs cannot be that fulfilling. I could neverput a toilet in a livingroom and say that I'm a person of integrity--even if my job were for something as trivial as a video game. Its not just a game for many of these players; its like a 2nd life.

Sometimes its even more it's like a second job...

this analogy is really scaring me...if you are always constructing the house and never finish it, how can you have time to do improvements that make a difference? my suggestion...finish the house THEN look for ways to improve it...not vice versa. in other words, fix the current content and then move on. you guys are a critical link to the "bosses" and if you aren't going to speak up for us, who will?

Just to clarify the only difference in this case between the married man and the single man is that the married man knows he doesn't have a snowballs chance of winning that argument so he doesn't bother to ask for it.
