Per devs, it is envisoned to be an Alpha Strike ability. So, it is working as designed. FWIW, if in a fight, a Jedi cloaks to getaway/regen etc., well, then you know if/when he comes back to counter it by making sure that he can not cloak. Heck, if you are having 45 min. fights then you, most probably, are a CM and have to be pretty close anyway.

Since Jebaykeep using it as an excuse that it makes no difference in combat since it's mainly used for escape only, /laugh. I don't think they would mind at all that when Jebay come out of cloak, all their Jebay buffs are gone and cannot be rebuffed for 45 seconds. This makes them use it for escape only and will only come out of cloak in areas they are at complete safety.

after fight begins and jedi goes cloaked,jedi have our "Alpha strike" ability

Obviously this Jedi didn't have an "I win button"ifhe couldn't win in 47 minutes of fighting.
Its not an "I win button" if you don't win. Period. I can't make the point any simpler than that. I am done with this thread.
