The longer duration part has been around for a while I think. Basically the bigger the buff you can do, the longer it takes to get the full 2 hours. As for needing more flourishes now, no clue since I never had it timed down exactly I can't really compare =/

there was a previous post about doing a full 100% buff that lasts 2 hours (as a mstr dancer) in record time i.e. under 5 minutes BUT it requires a flourish every other second..(pause 1;/ fllourish 1, pause 1, flourish 1) call in your doctor friends for that one. Still I did try it and they were right, 100%mind 2 hour buff in under 5 minutes
.Needless to say you don't actually have time to complete any flourish in a second still it did work

If you keep reading, you'll see that the CSR later retracts his statement and says that ALL defenses are capped at 125. Which is true.

From what I understood, before the patch, Dodge/Block/Counterattack were under the Nerf bat. Not Ranged and Melee. And certainly not non-combat skills, which is what I am hearing also got capped.

I heard that if a jedi puts on afk tag, the seeker droids wont work or something like that.
True or False?

I would say false because they would not have to log out and back on every 5 mins, and they are.

Current initiates aren't padawans in the new system?
I'm still in the initiate tree, so I have to do the padawan trials tuesday?

Not trueat all. In the new system, you are not a Jedi unless you are a Padawan. Anyone who has a Jedi now will be a Padawan in the new system.

Why the sad face? If you're a jedi on live now, you WILL be a padawan after pub 9. Celebrate son!!

Yes you will be padawan when pub 9 comes out. It was said in Jedi Archives II so you can look it up for yourself. But they said all current jedi will convert over to the new system with the padawan trials already completed....or something to that effect.

my friend is a 4-4-4-4 guardian, he's telling me that I'll have to do the padawan trials even though I'm an initiate...
