My fire does 200someting dmg every 3 seconds, I can heal for 1200 hp pts every 2 or 3 seconds + my 1100 health stimpacks every 30 seconds...and my pistol (scatter) does 450-1200dmg per hit (pupped), or 450-950 ifi want to use my SAC pup, and then i have 53 SAC instead of 78. So i dont do no "200 dmg against your 800", to the jedi that said that.

I have timestamp on my chat and my fire and poison only activates every ten seconds. How is yours setting off every 3? I'm using enhancers, and they only affect the chance of the poison/fire landing on the target not how fast it reactivates. Just wondering what you're doing to speed it up.

well the fire isn't quite literally 3 seconds, its more like 5-10 seconds. I will timestamp it later and see what i come up with. I was just saying that for arguments sake.

Bria has been down all day on my PC. Dont know if its bria or my internet connection...but i've been having trouble logging on lately...

I tried this template today and hated it. Apparently I'm not that good at my timing on the snares and kd's. Swapped right back to Rifles.

There's nothing more insulting than pounding out everything you've got and having the Master Defender Jedi standing there doing nothing and snickering as you try to hit him.

Part of the problem in a few fights is I couldn't get the rifle to unequip and the pistol to equip. Then when the pistol did get equipped I'd get too far out of range.

Obviously I don't have the patience to learn how to learn this strategy so I'll have to bank on raw power.

Hehe Well I managed to damage you a bit (although i suspect your not a MDEF). The trick is to drain the mind using trauma and use dots to pump up the dps. If you can force a jedi to heal quick enough you win every fight. But your right, with a defender who knows what he's doing and the right foods its almost impossible to kill him. I have gotten a few MDEF's usually through mind draining and force draining. Got one once as he forgot to heal as well.

Every says its FOTM template but to use this template correctly you need to know when and where to apply states, kite, have good weapons to compensate for lack of damage output (due to no master weapon profession other than mbh) and dot the target repeatedly. Do this and you should be ok.

With regards to MR, MBH, CM4000. I found these templates easier to solo than a good MCM as i'm forced to heal a lot more. With a rifleman all i do is valor, veybrok (block food), pikaatta pie and aura it and no rifleman hits me enough to do more than nominal damage. At least with dots the damage isn't mitigated by the MDEF's defences.

Will be updating this thread soon to incorporate some other tips and hints i've learnt. I'll even add a bit about how a jedi might overcome a MCM in battle.

Thanks for you imput and making this thread a good one

Well since thishas become the central point of MCM/MBH strat, let me ask the masters this.

Is there a point where you know you cant win? For me if their saber does 600-700+ damage to me, it takes too much effort at that point and one bad knockdown is all it takes to turn the tide against me. I'm wondering if you guys see alot of Jedi's that can really crank out the damage.

On average every 2 out of 5 jedi's seem to be able to do alot of damage. I still win more then I lose, but I wonder if I can increase the percentage even higher. I'm using battle armor, since recon takes my accuracy down 20%. Sliced for armor break of course.

The food I'm using right now are: Blob Candy, Ahrisa, and Pikatta Pie. Leaving my drinks for Deuterium Pyro and Ruby Bliel. Been throwing the idea around of using only Accaragm, and booster blue. That way I can save my stomach to chain exoprotein wafers for 7 minutes or so.

For those MCM at can beat 80% of thier missions, anything you guys can suggest?

Yes for me it’s when I get hit for over 800 damage every 2-3 seconds. That = a perfect or at least 550+ dps saber. I have beaten some but that’s because either they didn’t have root and fr1 (i.e. mdef & mls) or they are cloakers/powers jedi.

Bascially old school kryat hunting jedi are impossible to kill. I once had a saber 0404 hit me for 1200 with saber throw and hit every 1-2 seconds. These jedi, unless totally inept or afk, cannot be beaten. That’s just the way of the world, die and do it gracefully, doing as much damage and gaining as much respect as possible. Try not to complain (although I get frustrated myself and complain hehe) Temper took me out with one nasty saber but I gained his respect by being the best one in a while and lasting over 10 mins.

Certain things in life cannot be beaten, won, climbed, swam etc etc. All we as BH’s need to do is do the best we can, with the skills that we are given. Everytime I’m beaten I try to find new ways of winning. For example cloakers, I get the fastest bad ass gun I have, speed pup it as well so I get like 0.89 speed. KDTHEN crit and torso (repeat)with everything I have and sometimes I can kill in 5 seconds if caught unexpected. THAT’S A TIP TO DEALING WITH CLOAKERS!!!!

I just adk'd my rifle so I think I'll probably stick with it for a while. I'm considering dropping master cm for 4404 cm and going 4040 rifles for startle and improved kneecap shot or 4004 rifles for more speed.

I hadn't even noticed kneecap shot till I got back to 4000 rifles last night and haven't used it enough to tell if it even works. I hear startle is a good rifle move, but I have no idea what it does. I'm not sure how much less effective I'd be without master cmcm though. I'm having a hard time hitting people with poison and fire as it is so I'm hesitant.

In theory your technique could be used with rifles. You've still got the snare, kd, and kneecap to slow em down. Can someone with Startle and advanced kneecap explain what those moves do and their duration?

*P.S. I've got a damn near capped out FWG5 with accuracy mods I'm selling if you know anyone interested.
