Well when you use parwan in the full recharge timer, when the timer gets reset, on your next burst run the recharge timer is less then a minute long so that you get 2 burst runs in a row. What I do before my BH missions is burn a burst run as Im grabbing the missions andduring the recharge timer take a parwan so that when I meet my mark I will have 2 burstruns and I don't have to eat a parwan then. This is incredibly useful.
There is a bug however when you do it this way that makes it so that after you take the parwan on the cooldown timer, you cannot interact with terminals. You have to mess with you toolbar to make clear this bug out of the combat queue. then you can use terminals.
So you can use it in 2 ways:
1) for an instant burstrun effect
2) on the cool down timer to make your next burstrun cooldown timer much shorter (like 30 seconds).
Amil,
I don't understand why you even mess with the /burstrun command when you've got parawan.
You can string four parawan bursts in a row if you need to, assuming that the filling on it is 26 or so, so it give you enough space in your stomach for the fourth serving.
If the filling is 25, you can DEFINTELY string four 90% or better reuse parawan together into four straight burstruns.
THEN if you still need to move fast, you can use the /burstrun key and that timer kicks in.
The whole idea of 90% or better reuse is to be able to eat it again to burstrun after the effects of the first serving have run their course. 100% or better gives you that ability even ifa burstrun isstopped by a state effect. Parawan is a substitute for /burstrun.

My reason for using /burst is that I need an empty stomach. I assume when I get into a fight that I will not be needing to burst more than twice. That leaves room in my stomach for other things.
However, my reason for discussing that above was that some seemed to believe that eating parwan when you are on a burst run cooldown timer does nothing. That simply isn't true.I find very helpful.
Ah, OK, that makes sense.
Carry on!
Well, you can for get what I said. After last nights patch, now taking parwan on a cool down timer does nothing. Yippie.

It never did.
We need a script that triggers any time someone types "parwan" or "Burst run food" into the forums it blocks them from posting for 10 minutes and forces their browser to a thread with a full explanation of how this food works.

It most certainly did do something. It was a common misconception that parwan did nothing on the cooldown timer. However, that changed with publish 22. I used it 10x a day as a bounty hunter. You should have read the posts above.
If you don't believe me, log on and do a burst run. When the burst run effect is finished and you are on the cooldown timer, take a k-18 ration and a parwan together. Wait for the cooldown timer to reset. Then burstrun. Your next burstrun timer will be less than 30 seconds. Then you can burstrun immediately again. They may have changed parwan with publish 22 but if you take it after k18 the same effect (pre-publish 22) will occur. As I stated above, this is useful if you want to save room in your stomach for other foods as you don't have to eat parwan in the middle of the fight. You can eat it an hour before the fight and the same effect will still occur.
Also, if you don't like discussions about how food works in the game, you shouldn't read the forums. That is what the forums are for.
It never worked that way. I've been a chef and a user of Parwan for a year.
I suppose I just imagined it all then (at least 10x a day) -- as did all of my friendswho I showed how to use parwan in that way and everyone else who saw me burstrunning 2x in a row.
As I said, it still works, the same effect occurs today by taking k18 and parwan together on a cooldown. There was some mistake in the code of publish22 that allows you to still do it.

then personally I get it to 92%, and put all sapre points into fill. It is possible to get up to 100%, and over...but lets face it...Id rather burst run 1 more time due to low fill than have a higher number on my product that doesn't actually give me any benefit...

It is the flavor line. To reach 100% you will need to use some Multisaccharide Tetramates instead of the normal nutrition tissues. I can reach 100% easy using the tissues crafted with recycled milk so quality doesn't seem to matter on the MT's. Think I use 43's.
