it's almost chainable at 84% reuse reduct...I only have to wait about 5-10 seconds before I can use another one. 90% is ideal.

I made some 90% reuse stuff without any additives, is that good?

Root and knockdown breaks your burst run (Not real sure about this anymore...haven't tested recently). 100% means you can instantly pop one whenever needed if your burst run is broken. If any less than 100%, then you will have to wait the timer out. In pvp this can mean life or death.

As I said, I haven't tested this out recently so not sure if it still works this way but it did pre-CU.

hmm, that's a pretty compelling argument for 100% reduced timer. But then again, there's a few things to consider.
If you're using burstrun in a fight, it's most likely that you're running away from something or many somethings. Likely that you're hurt - but it could also be that you're a rifleman trying to get yourself in a better firing position.

If someone roots you, then you'd have to wait for the root to wear off before the nutricake kicks in - I wouldn't imagine that nutricake breaks a root. If you're running away because you're low on HAM you're pretty much sunk.

If they KD you and you're quick with the /knock (I don't have any room left on my toolbar for the KD recovery button ) then you'd be lucky to get away...100% nutricake would certainly help here.

It seems to me that it all comes down to resources and price, and your clients I guess. I'd be inclined to make some 100% and some 90% stuff and let the people have a choice Then again, I can't make 100% stuff yet lol

I just tried using this, it has 103% reuse timer and it no longer works, for me atleast. My friends say they use it all the time. I tried using it before burst running, I tried using it after burst running, it just won't give me an insta burst run. Does anyone know if it is broken at the moment?

Another parwan nutricake thread? Don't we have one of these stickied somewhere?

You eat parwan, it gives burstrun.
You don't press burstrun button, you don't type /burstrun.

Not too sure what the deal with 103% is - it may be screwing up the calculations, IE. it's ready to reuse before you even eat it.

Have you tried using 95% stuff?

If used AFTER a /bur it doesnt work. So if you need burstrun more than once, use cake before /bur

Thats my experience

Exactly. Using burstrun kicks in the full recharge timer, and parawan won't help you.

I've put my parawan in place of the /burstrun hotkey, Works likea champ. Used it earlier today when some damn fool level 80 tradefed wandered into the fight I was having with another one that I had carefully isolated away so I could deal with them two on one (with the help of my reptilian flier, Dino).

Well when you use parwan in the full recharge timer, when the timer gets reset, on your next burst run the recharge timer is less then a minute long so that you get 2 burst runs in a row. What I do before my BH missions is burn a burst run as Im grabbing the missions andduring the recharge timer take a parwan so that when I meet my mark I will have 2 burstruns and I don't have to eat a parwan then. This is incredibly useful.

There is a bug however when you do it this way that makes it so that after you take the parwan on the cooldown timer, you cannot interact with terminals. You have to mess with you toolbar to make clear this bug out of the combat queue. then you can use terminals.

So you can use it in 2 ways:

1) for an instant burstrun effect

2) on the cool down timer to make your next burstrun cooldown timer much shorter (like 30 seconds).

My reason for using /burst is that I need an empty stomach. I assume when I get into a fight that I will not be needing to burst more than twice. That leaves room in my stomach for other things.

However, my reason for discussing that above was that some seemed to believe that eating parwan when you are on a burst run cooldown timer does nothing. That simply isn't true.I find very helpful.

Ah, OK, that makes sense.

Carry on!
