Thread: Mandalorian Armor...KEEP IT RARE
That's not the case for everyone. I can kill two before my blob candy timer runs out(permitting that my marks are online and not afk in their house). But realistically I dont think I could kill over 100 in a month. After 4 or 5, I dont like dealing with it. It's only fun in small doses.

Killing Jedi takes time, many MBH like using the entire 3 days to hunt Jedi and catch them off guard. Hunting Jedi isn't something that can really be rushed you have to take your time and make sure you do it right or you lose.
So lets say I kill one Jedi a Day and it takes 1k Jedi Kills to get a full set.
Your telling me it should take me almost 3 years to get a suit of armor that will decay just like anyother suit of armor while it takes only 4 months to unlock a player class that was supposed to be just as rare.
lol you just need to have the right friends
the ones who do dwb runs in schedule eventually everyone gets a peice
poor jargal he thinks jedis rare not on swg man
its sad that mandalorian is ingame theres only two sets in the star wars at thatn time period
but i guess since your crafting them not getting them from a quest
oh well : (

Uhh, why are Jedi even in the equation for getting MANDALORIAN armor again? Sorry, do you know whythe DWB is a fine way to handle Mandalorian? Because, I don't know, the Death Watchmen were a Mandalorian splinter group? The only thing I think could improve the situation is let Binary andProtective coatings drop just a little more often. Honestly, when the only way to get the liquids is to be a Jedi and campa spawn for two weeks, there's something wrong with the picture.
Now, the idea of having it based on hunting Jedi is not only retarded, but would never be implemented for the same reason faction TEF's were removed and combatant status was created: people don't want to be forced to PvP for content. There are some of us who prefer to PvE over PvP.
It's only a matter of time. Jedi = cash. Lots of Jedi players out there.
Bounty Hunter's want Mando. Lots of BH's out there = cash. Therefore, Mando = cash.
Look wearing Mandalorian Armor does not make you a Mandalorian, nor does getting it in-game. Really any Jedi out there can get a suit, maybe they can't wear it but does collecting a bunch of hard to find parts and fighting through a tough dungeon make you a Mandalorian?
I would say not since Jedi can do it, so I guess we would have Jedi-Mandalorians.
Anyways the true Mandalorians are dead, really Boba is the only left, if you believe that considering considering he's just a new Jango really.
I dunno about you but fighting CL88-90 such NPCs is not easy. Can it be done without Jedi? Yes, but it can be pretty much argued you need Jedi with you, if anything it's easier.
So basically it gets to the point where Jedi are the ones who get Mandalorian or at least greatly help. So it's funny you might need Jedi to get the other rarest Armor, which I don't think is true.
Basically keep Mandalorian Armor as rare as Jedi. Not seeing anyone in Madalorian Armor ever, and then Jedi everywhere will not improve immersion for me, and I'm sorry no matter what unless SOE adds Perma Death, Jedi will be around in large numbers.
All I would like to see is that a successful trip to the DWB will get you one suit of a matching color. I think that's fair, considering only person in the group will be able to wear it because of Bio-Link. That's another thing. You need a group to get the Armor and only person can wear? And the Armor isn't that great or would allow you to help your friends better in it, like Jedi.
All it is cool looking.

I say leave the DWB alone or make it to where a MBH has to kill over a 1000+ Jedi to use a full suit of Bio-linked Mando-Armor. 100+ JEDI KILLS per piece. This would also serve as a type of prestiege system.
This stuff should remain rare!!!

So.... let me get this straight... Only people that have no life, no job, no bills to pay and can play this game 24/7 should be entitled to have a mando armor? I pay the same money as you we all do... I think that I am entitled to have that armor. So is everyone else. Also not everyone does Player bounties. What about those people that pay just as we all do? Are they not entitled to have that? Or they should be forced to do player bounties or leave if they don't like that? Are you just upset that you had to go and do hard quests to get your armor and now everyone can get it fairly easy? Well let me tell you this. Unless you can heal yourself like crazy those boss marks will kill you very fast because they hit for about 450-600 points of damage every second, plus no guarantee that they would drop a schem for you either.I think its hard enough to get. It should stay as it is.
