Is the quest to obtain this repeatable?

I hope so cause when this realy nice gun is gone and done for I would like to get a replacement. Seems a bit out of whack that our only MBH weapon is a one time only quest.


I loved my LLC it was the best weapon I had....... now I use it to prop open the door in my house.

It's a quest from carl on the Ryyat trails. He's dressed up in the wookie armor and is on the right hand side when you enter.

Also it's very fair, it's a nice weapon and if you use it a lot then heck put an ADK on it.

The quest can be gotten on the blah blah blah trai, I can't remember the name. It isthe northernmost instance from the startport. You go up to the human wearing wookie armor. Turns out he is a spoiled brat rich kid that can't do his own hunting, so he want's you to head out to the canopy and kill some crazy half-orc-pigmie looking things and get a horn off them for himto go back and brag to his friends about. You have to descend three levels. You'll have to cross big casms on the bridges and then fight or run your way through some CL 50 something monsters. You keep looking for the wookie guides that can take you to the next level.


Once you get to the canopy you will run accross the tops of the tress until you kill a couple of these things and get a horn. My dumd-arse didn't realize I had completed the quest and kept making my way to the Shadowlands. Anway, go the nearest Wookie guide and have him take you back to the gate. Give the big game hunter his trophy and he'll give you his birthday present. The gun his daddy gave him. I so wish I could have discharged my Lightweight FWG-5 into his skull, since it does more DPS than that crummy crabine he gave me.

One time quest easy to do carl is in wookie armor but is human... go figure. looks like a geek in it to be honest.

rodian quest as you mosey on down the path gets the flechette pistol while you are doing the proton one.

Its a quest item great stats but I'm looking to make it better. Any way to do this? I assume slicing it would work but wanted a WC answer who might know a bit more than me. Thanks

Slice it, put it in an ADK, and use power-ups constantly. That's the best you can do until they become craftable (If ever)

It was possible with the pre-nerf pre-cu stocks, but I'm not sure about that now.

Who gives this quest? Where does the quest-line for this weapon start? Is it soloable? Where are the trials?

You get this quest from Carl at the start of the Rryyat trails on Kashyyyk. He is standing near the Master Trail guide. What you need to do is combine his quest with the one you get from the Master Trail guide and then get access to the level where the mynstyngars are. If you're alone, just stragetically use burst run and mask scent (if you have it) and you should be able to reach them fine.


Kill the mynstyngars until your quest journal updates that you have found the horn.


You will get jumped immediately when you get it, defeat your attacker and return to Carl for your reward.


The carbine is MBH cert, so if my assumption is correct and you area MBH, then you shouldnt have any problems soloing the quest (bring stim D's).


To get to the Ryyatt trail from Kachiro just open your map and select the POI waypoint to the zone in.
