or you can do what everybody else coming in here dont do, read the faq apperantly thats what its there for

From the FAQ:
Slicing 4
- Weapon: 10-30% Speed or Damage
- Armor: 5-30% Effectiveness
- Armor:15-40% Encumbrance

I userally stick around the 25-35 range with weapons as a master.

since recently attaining master smuggler, I have never gotten a slice over 32%. So tonight I was slicing a set of composite for a guild mate and got a 42% encumberance slice on the leggings, I was wondering how rare a slice this high is. thanks for input

Encumberance caps at about 45% change in stats, everything else caps at about 35%.

Sorry if this is a commonly asked and answered question here, but is a master smuggler more likely to get good slices than someone with slicing 4? I know everything else is completely random, just wondering if master gives you a slicing bonus?
