Thread: 'Hunters: for the good of the game . . . Lay off the Paddies for the next few weeks . . .
This thread is pointless, and I am a jedi. While I totally agree with the subject of bh laying off Padawans....I think its pretty damn worthless to come to the BH forums and beg for some sympathy or compassion.
I mean, lets be realistic...look at the BH prof up untill now, they despise jedi....and why you might ask? BECAUSE THEY GOT THE NERF STICK WAY BACK!
When Jedi was introduced their pitiful prof lost its luster and people started aspiring to be Jedi instead of some second rate combat class....Your sole hatred for Jedi(which is just another combat class) is sickening. And yes I think all you Jedi haters out there need some counseling.
Your like children craving attention, just cause you see a jedi duel in a starport, you feel envy and yes even hatred....thats why you hunt. Its not that there is too many Jedi....because if you say that well then I can say....there are too many bounty hunters. Really whats the point? You play the prof you want and I play the prof I want(Jedi).
So sick of you bounty hunters and your snye and prideful remarks, like anything you do deserves any respect whatsoever. In my eyes your all a bunch of griefers and people who get pleasure from harassing others and causing them pain. That is if you think its ok to take advantage of low level padawans in such times of BUGS, UNBALANCE, and oh the fact that our proffession isnt even playable....you people reallly need to a clue....even you ones that think your clever, your a disgrace to your proffession.
All these issues are far beyond the ideals of roleplaying....there is no reason players should have to suffer the consequences of trying to make the best of a broken combat system....you people make me sick, this whole BH forum makes me sick.....you are probably some of the most disturbed people I have ever heard of...

Smuggler's have been asking for player bounties even before we had any worthwhile combat skills. If they put them in tomorrow it'd be a celebration like the end of Return of the Jedi. And now that we can build templates that can compete with BHs, the loss of ALL jedi (yea, right, like every jedi's going to give up their glowbat), would force the issue
Jedi get a second character slot on the same server.
Bounty Hunters don't.
Besides, if the Bounty Hunters ('pre-CR' or otherwise) bash on the Jedi enough, maybe SOE will pull their fingers out and get things fixed sooner. Jedi are by far the most pampered minority in this game, no reason to expect that's going to change.
(I don't hunt players - Jedi or otherwise - but this is a truly absurd request.)

/agree,we did get the nerf stick a while back. It sucked, I remember it. Doesn't mean I despise Jedi.

Aww crap, I'm all done agreeing. First, I think the fact that Jedi is now really JUST another combat class is what has your robes in a knot. Next, there's no hatred there. And finally....COUNSELING? I need counseling? laffo!!! You feel so self important with your little glow stick and robes that you have to come HERE, to OUR forum and try to tell us we have saber envy? I don't want your respect, or that of anyone else. I want the credits for killing you. Thats why I hunt. Because if I grind misions for an hour at say..10k per mission, 10 mins per lair, I make 60k an hour. If I get a mission, track and you will actually carry your scared, pajama wearing ass out of your cantina or fight club guild hall, I make atleast my 60k, if not 225k, and have fun doing it.
Myself or anyone else here can tell you that almost every time (with a few admitted exceptions) that we have failed a bounty we get messages like "OMG you got soooo pwnd, you R teh suck" or "What a F'ing coward, coming after me while I was hunting." Yet we are the ones guilty of greifing and snide remarks. Again...laffo.

Broken combat system huh? It seems to me that the BH terminals, the visibility system, and the ability to track and attack a Jedi are one of the few systems that IS still working correctly. We're the childish ones? Do you see any threads in the Jedi forum asking the Jedi to make themselves easier to kill? Any saying "HAY JED-EYES! CUD YA UN-EQUIP YER SABARS THIS WEAK AND LET US KEEL JOO?!?!11eleventy1!!!"?
If our forum makes you so sick, stay off of it.
You make me want to grind a BH on your server and come hunt you.

For some of us, our Alt sits unplayed because there's only one profession we want to be, and that's a jedi.
I'm patient, I can wait til Sony gives me back my ability to earn XP. Until then I'm flying my ship and chatting with friends. I long for the days when I could use my lightsaber though.
