I would consider both the trade issue you posted above and the new duel issue to be bugs, so technically using a bug to get gain advantage is exploiting
. Of course, we will have to wait for the devs to confirm these are actually bugs but given that they very clearly stated during fan fest that the main BH advantage was the element of surprise when they were talking about limiting jedi missions to 1 BH only, these bugs rather negate the value of that statement don't they

Then that's a dumb Jedi. The Jedi on Radiant have a damn macro that does /duel, /endduel

Yea, but also remember Pre-CU Jedi didn't run around in gank squads in major cities with no risk from dying. You also didn't get spammed with trades either, at least I didn't.
