The shot was used exactly as inteneded and cheers to the BH for using the environment to his advantage. The deal is, when the BH used LastDitch his states drop down to almost nothing. By being agroed and useing last ditch on you he stands a great chance of getting incapped by the agroes. The other thing is that what if he used LastDitch on you and it missed, Like it usually does. Then you got yourself a one hit win, with the BH health next to zero from LastDitch. We can argue ad-nausium about symantics, but it won't mean spit in the end.

But then he wouldnt have a reason to come on the forum and complain.
Seriously, you may not like it but fact of the matter is last attack, first attack it makes no difference you were simply outsmarted by someone who knowstheir template and all the benefits there in.
A) As stated, this is a smuggler special, it belongs on the smuggler boards. Yes, he was running a BH mission, but he didn't use BH abilites.
B) DON'T POST EXPLOITS. I don't know if this is an exploit, but if you think it is you report it, you don't post it. The reason why is:
C) You've just taught this trick to every BH who reads this board. So now instead of the one BH killing you this way you can expect it from many more.

umm... whats the difference between you dying to a last ditch on the initial strike and you dying to last ditch after 2 minutes of fighting the bh and he finally using last ditch on you for the same amount of damage?
no matter what its a 1 shot incap.
And you think 4k damage is uber? Wait till you see an accuracy stacking rifleman using a trando rifle with max damage powerup (only stat that affects the last ditch) after using /advanced aim.
ive seen em do 7k damage in pvp. Not pretty.
Maybe they should change LD's name, to "Strong Shot?"

Look, i am a bh and I used to be a smuggler/bh and this IS a problem and should be considered and exploit in my opinion. The fact is that the jedi had no chance whatsoever. The initial attack was a last ditch.
Now I used to be a bh with master smuggler and I used last ditch but never as an opening move, only when I was about to get incapped, so I did use it ligitimately. What this BH did should be considered an expoit if it really happened this way.
What the bh probably did was have the mobs incap them.. then they used last ditch on the jedi while their health was still low.
Last ditch generally does not incap both users if it goes off, but it will oftentimes incap the smuggler if it fails.
