Most BH just want to grief a player. If they were any good at PvP they would be in the GCW. The just want to grief and the system allows them to do it, so they win when they screw the jedi players experience.

This might come as a complete surprise to you, but a Jedi is *supposed* to use the Force for knowledge and defense, never for attack (except them Dark Jedi hehe). Therefor going out of one's way to avoid an unnecessary fight just shows a Jedi to be more closely in touch with the Force.
Well if a bh gets no cash, he has not won, imho, if you fight for awhile and then run, sounds like a draw, with kinda a jedi win, because the jedi lost nothing.
Part 2 running from the get go, thats tough, could say, that the jedi again beacuase the bh, has no cash in in his/her pocket.
A real draw to me is after 30 min of fighting the bh can't kill the jedi and the jedi can't kill the bh, and they both agree to stop fighting, seen that few times also..

If the jedi lives no matter what and gets away/kills the bh then the bh loses time and any money he would have got from the jedi. From pvp stand point the bh won but this is xp vs money.
