I would, personally, consider the answers to be A, and C. The first situation tells me that the Jedi simply could not win. The second situation tells me that the Jedi simply isn't interested in wasting his time.

When a BH and a Jedi fight for a long duration of time, when the Jedi runs out of force or mind and decides to run or cloakwould you considerthis awin for:

a)BH

b) Jedi

c) Draw

When a BH attacks a Jedi and the Jedi immediately runs and or cloaks without a fight, would you consider this a win for:

a) BH

b) Jedi

c) Draw

both are draws. anyone who says otherwise is biased.

If the jedi runs away the Jedi doesnt win because he ran from the fight b/c he couldnt defeat the BH.

If the jedi gets away the BH does NOT win because he didnt kill his mark.

reason for running doesnt matter.

Almost any jedi can get away if you don't kill them in the first 30 seconds. Stasis, cloak, forcerun and even those that just flat out run can get away easily. The only time you seem to finish a jedi that's not in the first 30 seconds is when they don't care if they lose (full temp not changing their temp) or if they think they can beat you. Otherwise if a Jedi really wants to get away they will 90% of the time.
