He eventually got perma banned from SWG. There were players who defended that idiots actionstoo.

Clearly you have a misconception. It was not my original intent to shoot down a jet pack. Once I found my mark flying around Theed, showing it off, well, let's just say that prompted me. A Jedi should be aware of his/her surroundings and understand that in order to be a Jedi, one must agree to being attacked at any given moment at any place. Failure to remain aware of such risks puts you in a situation of potential loss, like my mark. His thought that nothing could hurt him was what ended up causing this in the first place. Had he not been showing off in a public place, I would never have gotten the chance to shoot down his precious jet pack. People like you like to label others as griefers. You act like it is illegal to upset someone. And so you, like my Jedi mark, choose to live in a sugar coated world where people such as myself don't exist, and if we do, then it is us who is at fault, not you for letting your guard down.

Welcome to the real world, where people aren't honest and up front, especially when they're hunting you. Keep your eyes open and watch your back and this wouldn't have been a problem.

I don't think you read my post very well. It was a statement of reality that people will be jerks and yes one must watch ones back. I think you can take your preaching and give it to some one who might see value in it.

I am a Jedi and a BH as well...and i think thats Hilarious. Sure it sucks for the guy, i'd be pissed if someone blew up my jetpack, (until irealized how funny itwas).But i probably would have done the same thing, lol. That is how the game works. As a jedi there are some things you just don't do....

i can't wait to hear the cries when the whole bh/jedi mission thing is removed / made opt-in.

Seriously Hun How is it griefingjust because he was aglowstick and was stupid enuf to put on a JetPack while being on the terms. U have to realize Glowsticks r way out of control and alot r unbeatable Ive beaten exactly 3 out of maybe 100 missions ive taken since glowstick criedenuf about fictional gank squads on lil 50k paddies and we got Pub 20. No im not a FOTM MBH/MCM or some other CM mixtrure cuz i did very well against Jedi with my original template and dont have the heart to change it. So frustration not griefing has alot to do with MBH's actions. We as MBH have turned into the criminals in the this twisted version of SWG not Jedi We have been made to solo instead of u glowsticks We can NO longer team up against a full template. BUT yet a glowstick whoare supposely OUTLAWED during this timeline can do group activities or Be infront of Theed playin Glowstick duels, or my favorite the Yoda Medittate for a hour just so the glowstickcan showoff. So what if he took a jetpack out Maybe theglowstick will learn something. So until the glowsticks either get removed which i pray for everynight that the will give us a Glowstick free server and would gladly transfer to, or they r NERFED till fat lady sings Glowsticks just have to deal with the fact that they r hated by alot of peeps not just BH's we just get to have fun tryin to aggravate/kill them enuf to quit or mothball their glowstick either way would be fine with me at over 500 glowsticks on 1 server alone its gotten past rediculious its gotten downright stupid

Being an ExBH converted to AS/WS i love that u got his jetpack i would of shot the jetpack to and ran being as the noob jedi was in the open of all places THEED..... to bad he didnt have a swoop or another vehicle out when u got his pack also otherwise it would of been a bonus.. and to the guys that say this is griefing or what ever noob word u made up for it... If u dont like it dont show off.. If u want to show off choose a prof that doesnt require u to get shot at for showing off. And if u still want to be a jedi then know u will be shot at and all your things will be shot at and anything u own will be shot at till it is no more. Also know that this noob word "griefing" is nuthing more then a word made up by some noob jedi who cant stop complaining because he got pwned by some BH who got a good shot in on him. If u dont like getting shot at or haveing your game ruined because u lost 1 item well that is why they made ADK's. And if u cant adk it then get another one since u dont gotta buy anything since u r a JEDI. people that get mad cuse someone else blew up 1 item that costs in the millions to buy or 500k to repair r stupid if u r a jedi u know the risks and u should accept them. If not grow up!

I think your issue here is comparing blowing up a Jetpack in a GAME versus thugs who are in jail in REAL LIFE. There's a difference, you know. So a Jetpack blew up in PvP - get over it. It's not like we don't have repair kits for it.

I am simply pointing out what he did was griefing. One day he is going to mess with the wrong person... Oh well. As for your Jedi hate that's your problem. I for one as a Jedi (and this can be backed up by Nathanialstarr) I keep a low profile and do not run around being obnoxious but I am on the terms for helping others. I too wish there was less of the sabers being flashed around but that is not reason enough to turn to tactics that are anti-social and in some cases plain cruel. BTW this sort of thing is not just contained to acts toward Jedi or even this game...

There is a set group of people who get on these kinds of games with the set perogative to ruin other peoples online experience. It is only the blind who refuse to admit this kind of group of players exists.
