Thread: Stop The /duel Exploit IDIOTS!

The exploit is makeing it impossible for those who wants to play a ninja-like assasin type of BH. If you cant play undercover to get really, really close to your mark you are forced to grind an regularCL 80 fully combatskilled BH for all-aasult purposes. Remember that everyone might not want to play a BH of this assult type.
And I thinka wide variety of BH temps(even other profs too!) makes the game more intresting
Furthermore its not intended that anyone, excep the BH himself, can know who his mark is. That is clearly definated by the devs. So far they have failed to live up to that, and even to take actions against those who violates the bug and exploits if for their own good.

but realy if a jedi is out in the sticks andthere is someone comming there can only be one reason it's just a matter of who he is for.
now as for as in town i realy can't see anybodygoing/duel everyone but then i could be wrong

One of the acient ninja disguises was the entertainer - geisha. She was supposed to be seen...would be awsome if BH could take disguises like this too...today its impossible due of this bug.

Ok, I have said this before in another post, but you all seem to be so content with ranting that you don't care. They FIXED this a patch ago. It was a stealth nerf/fix, I am a jedi I tried to /duel someone and all it said to me is that I challenged him to a duel and then next thing ya know BOOM he shoots me. This happened TWO WEEKS AGO. I was still /duel ing BHs cause I thought I could still find out. For the jedi who aren't hunted that often they will most likely still do the /duel cause it was a stealth nerf/fix. Get some knowledge before you rant please. Thank you.

There should have been an announcement that this exploit was fixed. However I still report the Jedi that do this for harassment. Even if it doesn't work, they are still trying to exploit.

Lava Saber will be so cool and exciting. I hope everyone will have one. It will look great with the cyber arms. I will feel so immersed in SW.

You are half right and half wrong. Half right because nobody uses /duel on everyone.
But half wrong because this is not needed. All the Jedi who wants to protect himself needs to do is use /duel on all bounty hunters.I can tell you by personal experience that some Jedi use /duel every time they see me. I get at least 5 /duel /endduel per day (about 2 hours of playtime).
Watch it bud, those rules still apply in the forums. What you said can be taken as harassment. In any case, what a jedi was and could do when I DECIDED to go jedi was completely different than what it was when I got it. You CAN NOT compare what it was THEN to what it is NOW. If I was as powerful as pre-9 jedi or even pre CU jedi I would tell everyone to hush up too, but as it stands now, all BHs do is inconvenience the game for jedi.

Your tips work for the casual BH. They do not solve the problem in the long term.

ever see star wars episode 2? obi wan v jengo fett(boba to) obi wan didnt look like it was to easy to beat jengo but then again mace made pretty short work of him. he had like pre cu saber blocking skills though. but i agree that if it was real jedis shoudl be able to stomp bh's like nothing (toe to toe at least ). but this is a game that needs to be balanced if jedis were like that....they were b4 then its no fun bh's or any1 else fighting them
