Thread: Question to all the Bounty Hunters.

-Also, when Pub. 20 comes out and you get to see what faction a jedi is from, do you still plan on kill your allies because they are jedi?
I am a BH/jedi and I don’t see the point in killing your own faction, shouldn't imps help imps and rebs help rebs?.
Thank you to all that answer.
Jedi Knight Gank Squads from both Factions ruined the GCW for me so being a rebel doesn't mean that much to me... I basically don't give a crap about the GCW.
All the RPing aside, I do it because the GCW just inst fun and I like BH missions better. Once the factions are on the terms, this may change for me but as for now, its to much a waste of time to discriminate between rebs and imps.

roflmao......ok i joined my faction because the 20 friendsi tend to hang around have a huge erge to kill imperials so i joined rebel so i can be with my friends nothing wrong with that and ill be damned if i let ANY jedi that wants to cry that i shouldnt be hunting them to stop me being with my friends. its not a matter of morals this is about some jedi going WHAAA and thats it. back in perma death you never saw arguements like this though back then we never had quiet so many jedi.....i miss those days.
-Also, when Pub. 20 comes out and you get to see what faction a jedi is from, do you still plan on killingjedi?
this is more likely a better question to answer. a allie is someone you choose to alline your self with, some people like myself never chose to aline my self with these people but did choose to be with my friends once again if i have to choose between a 165k jedi going WHAAAA and my friends ill pick to be with my friends any day
I am a BH/jedi and I don’t see the point in being killing by your own faction, shouldn't imps help imps (no) and rebs help rebs?(only if they choose to)
Thank you to all that answer.
IM sick and tired of seeing this question. as a RP you could possibly argue but whats the point someone somewhere wont like what your doing anyway and will decide to cry. id also like to add if your REALLY SERIOUS!!! about RP then its your duty as a BH for the rebellion...(imperials dont give a F**k they get to kill all lucky gits) to show the Rebel jedi the error of their ways by being placed on the terminals and you are mearly Educateing them.
and please this game is NOT life so why in hell should morals count. in RL i wouldnt kill an allie but seeing every time i press deathblow in this game the guy i just shot and killed pops back up and says " OMG!!!!!111111!! you SPLOI7sORZED!11!!!!1!! Ima gonna PWNZORED JOOOO wen i et my jebi nite!111!! IMA gnna et Joo kCked Frm Joor gUild!ss!S!" and NO running behind a building to get out of LOS isnt an exploit and neither is fighitng back.like one day i went after a Rebel Jedi and he demanded that i should lay down and get myself killed for him.

Bounty Hunters aren't bound by faction. My personal opinion as an Imperial is thatI don't agree that any Jedi should be able to join the Empire. Since there are so many Jedithat it directlycontradicts theStar Wars movies you should be thankful you are even allowed to exist let alone join a faction.

If this is your argument, then why aren't you neutral. Bounty Hunters are not supposed to be Imperial or Rebel. They go for the mark. So a 'true' bh is neutral.
If you are an Imperial, then you should not hunt Imperials.
As an imperial, don't you serve a jedi? Vader and the emperor are jedi.
Not trying to start anything, just trying to understand the whole mindset of same faction killing...Thank you for answering.
If you knew your Star Wars you would know that the Emeror has made all jedi wwanted and are to be killed. From the imperial side of things all Jedi are abd, there are only two sith allowed the Master (Emperor) and the Student, (Vader). So as an imp all jedi should be hunted. As a Rebel not sure there, most people still are afraid of Jedi since order 66 and want them gone, so Some rebels might fall into this category thinking a Jedi is an Imperial operative (another sith) while others might see the light and see they are on the light side and are out to eliminate the emperor and Vader. Personally I like the RPing aspect so this is all great stuff to think about. BTW I am also a smuggler so being a faction is my priamry money earning business.
StylerNaku wrote:I will say rebel BH's killing light jedi, if they want to roleplay rebel, is indeed a massive contradiction though, and with that there is indeed a point.
I disagree, rebels may see any Force Sensitive being a threat to the galaxy, they may feel distrust or hatred towards them for the current state of the galaxy. To say you are a rebel so you have to protect all light jedi is just not realistic. Again, look at the content of the BH missions, they state these Jedi have commited crimes, as a rebel you must decide your thoughts on Jedi and must decided if the charges against them are something you want to ignore. Perhaps you can roleplay they are bogus, some rebels may choose not to.
To lock any player into any certain belief kinda defeats the whole concept of RP. We have a BH that left our guild because he was not allowed to hunt guild jedi. His bio stated he killed his force sensitve sister (or something like that) So I think the choice to hunt any faction is up to that person and that persons character. As far as game dynamics go It should be a non issue, for the most part anymore there is no benefit from hunting either way with the changes that have been made.
When I was rebel for some time I justified the killing of light jedi due to the danger of the darkside and that it was too dangerous to allow any one person to try and control such power. And if they were allowed to be engulfed by the darkside, they would become an even greater threat to the galaxy. You chose the way you hunt and everyone else will make their choice.
