Well with the connection thing, ive never tried playing on a modem myself, so i have no idea whats thats like. A can say though, that SWG usually takes 1-2 kb/s in both upload and download while running. (You can see this in your network performance window). I cant really help you on the launchpad options thing, cause im not sitting infronton my home pc right now, where SWG is installed.

Auch i once played with that videocard. That really SUCKS !
. You can increase your performance alot by buying a better one. It doesnt even have to be a fantastic card, im on a RADEON 9600 pro 128 mb at the moment, and im having great performance.
So RAM and Video card should give you what you want.

My advice would be both. Cant really say what would help you the most, but i just remember that card being really bad.

DO NOT USE SATALITE INTERNET TO PLAY GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You get greater bandwidth on the down stream but the latency is horrible. There is a 3 second delay each way ( having 6000 for your ping time ) , it's better than dial up for web pages and downloading files but you are much better off with dial up for game play. Dial up allows less data to travel but it will get there in less time, with satellite by the time you see something it will have happened 10 seconds ago for the rest of the galaxy, not to mention the horrible upload speed.

Doesnt last that long (cant remember exactly but 1-2 mins) slower than burst run.
An invaluable skill though.

Virtually the exact same speed and duration as burst run depending on your burst run efficiency.

But I assume there is no downtime between fr1? So you can fr1 until it runs out and then immediately do fr1 again??
Thanks.
