My point mainly was, that I'm reading these forums, and all I can see is "Nerf teh Jedi", and threads which stating mainly all Jedi skills game-breaking. And I just can't see why BHs can do anything. Plain and simple.

I didn't mean to trolling, I just get sick of some people who would have to grow up, before playing a game like this. If a Jedi uses it, it's game-breaking and exploit, if a BH - of, it's tactics.

Until you brought it up, I didn't see any hate being directed towards jedi in this thread. There are plenty of other "hate-the-jedi" threads this would have been better suited for. Jedi come here and say we need better tactics; we try to have such a discussion, and we having to deal with jedi coming in and trying to start another flame war.

Aside from that though, I agree, Cloak by itself is useless to a BH. However I think a true hybrid template would be able to incorporate enough tricks to be worthwhile. There are plenty enough skill points left after MBH to pick up force armor, force drain, force cloak, force run, supression and force speed. The key to any hybrid template is likely going to be force power conservation. A hybrid MBH/Jedi is going to need to understand that spamming force heals,if they have them, is not going to be effective because you'll be out of force before your mark is.

Oh, and not being able to use force powers while having a non-LS weapon equippedis a rumor. It's not part of the game as of yet, it's just something that exists in a TC .tre file. Not that it matters, there is no penalty for equipping and unequipping a weapon in combat, it will just require some planning.

I didn't meant to start a flamewar, I'm all for the peace between Jedi and BHs. I'm usually talking to the BH hunted down me (or lost), because both of us can learn from the situation.

I know there wasn't any Jedi-hate in this thread, true, I just saw thsi thread, with no post about "Hey, didn't we said this skill is game-breaking" or something, so I thought it's a little paradox to curse something in one thread and make tactics from it in another.

I'm a Jedi, however my alt is a BH, and I hunt Jedi as well, and never complained about being hunted, it's part of the game, fine, sometimes I win, sometimes I lose. But I want fair play, on both sides.

What is actually true, that many BHs simply hate Jedi, because they are what they are. I can't understand this. Exploiters can be hated. Jedi who are talking trash the same...

... but hating someone who doesn't do anything, just have a lightsaber seems a bit off limits to me. (And there are many @sshole BHs as well, that's sure. But it seems noone has prejudice against BHs. )

The prejudice is Jebay's for good, bad, non intentional have influenced changes to key profession skillsets in game and in many servers directly resulted in the end of the Global Civil War. Smuggler skill Feign death was nerfed because Jebay grinders abused it to no end. Global Civil war are rare occurences now, why? Become special forces with a squad of 6 or so original elite professions and wonder why it becomes unfun quickly when 3 cloaked jebay's storm in and gank you. The recent nerf to xp which was reverted was not due to the regular professions, it was an ill thought out plan by developers to slow down the ever exapanding Jebay populace which influenced every other profession. Jebay are also the most self sufficient profession in game. They contribute nothing to the SWG economy...except the Ebayers of course,

im thinking about finish FS and getting cloak eventually. while keeping mbh, how much of my master rifles would i have to drop to get cloak? how much skill points does it take to get there is what im asking

First of all, prejudice is never good.

But, let me see:

1. BHs are the only ones who can loot really good stuff. That drops out all of the melee profs at once.

2. BHs are the most efficient profession right now in the game.

3. BHs reached several goals: they made Jedi nerfed into oblivion (heal, damage), made the hysteria around Jedi (without any good reason, tbh, just because some kids are jealous of what others achieved)

4. BHs dominates PvP... a BH can beat any Jedi with good using of the skills, therefore: a group of Jedi < a group of BHs

(5. BHs everywhere! )

So, I don't really see how Jedi affects stuff... Same old tune, just the profession changed... CM, TKM, Jedi, whatever.

What if you forget once, for a second, that only the player and the behaviour counts, not the profession? I you get a fair, fun fight, why do you ask the profession? It was fun, it was fair, no matter if it's a Jedi or not.

The only thing where Jedi is useful right now, is tanking in PvE. So, what else do you want to be taken away from Jedi?

- if we can even kill our full temp marks because non-full temps never gain visibility

BHs reached several goals: they made Jedi nerfed into oblivion (heal, damage) - ha, what about our heal timers.... , made the hysteria around Jedi (without any good reason, tbh, just because some kids are jealous of what others achieved) - Kind of like how you jedi b*tched about bh groups hunting you because we could see your names on the terminal and work as a group?

4. BHs dominates PvP... a BH can beat any Jedi with good using of the skills, therefore: a group of Jedi < a group of BHs - ha hayou deserve to be slapped for that... No one goes sf anywhere because of your jedi gank squads and how often do you see a group of BH's running around ganking a jedi in pvp.... never, why because jedi are the ones running around in gank squads and since they can do anything (you heard me, anything, Ranged, Melee, heal, Invisible, Powers) they make it not fun.

here my answer:

1. Jedi are the only one able to get a char free and do BH aswell to loot really good stuff....
2. Jedi and more precisely Defenders literally own PvP and PvE...all defenses in PvP, AI in PvE,
Ive never seen a spinning group forming at MOP asking for BH but every day they ask for...defenders or jedi only, strange uh? I think everyone else then you is stupid and they should ask for BH since they are the only efficent profession

3. Jedi reached several goals too, only with cloak a jedi can run through the corvette where it would take at least 3 ppl before, and they don´t even have to fight just run around if it´s the destruction one.
Jedi reached that the economy got messed up since they could solo anything and resell the loots easily making rare stuff comon to everyone..only thinking about AV21 for example, they used to sell for 2 pr 3 millions/piece..now i can get for that price
Jedi also almost got us an all new XP system where the XP would have been divided between all players, unlike now. Yea the community had to stand ground together against SOE because of YOU jedi.
Jedi community became so big that you dont feel like you are between episode4 and 5 but more like in a clone of something lookin like Star Wars universe, where loads of ppl use glowstick to fight and have strange magical powers...force wielder, no, magicians, you are nothing even close to jedi. jedi used to be "Knights" protector of the peac, until they turn to the dark side..today allyou have is rebel jedi spitting some crap at BH cuz they hunt them..dunno what you guys know about Jedi, but as Obi-Wan met Jango he didn´t start to insult him..ah well, yer no jedi so i don´t complain. or maybethe devs should do a chat system where jedi would lose honor and if happens too often, lose jedi...just an idea lol, maybe you´d learn to BEHAVE like a Jedi.

4. BH dominate crap, a BH with no other skills then BH do crap dmg and have like 90 accuracy lol...MCM help to it, but most of the time the only ppl i see PvP are jedi or Jedi slaves..I won´t say more but I know many ppl understand what I mean

5. Jedi everywhere, unlike BH it´s not supposed to be like that...Oo well, it´s a parallel universe...why don´t we have Dagobah and Sith, after all, nothing follows ANY Star Wars rules so who would really care, and don´t tell me there are only 2 Sith..i can strangely kill Sith every day on Dathomir by doing village "quests"

To make it short, you know absolutely nothing about the game or play something different then we do.

Long Live the neutral BHs hunting Jedi and using all bad tricks doing it...kill em all!!!
