IS LIKE SAYING THE USA IS STILL PART OF BRITAIN...
THE US USE TO BE UNDER BRITAINS RULE.... BUT IS NOT... NOR IS IT CONSIDERED BRITAIN....
THE EMPIRE IS NOT THE REPUBLIC ANYMORE.

I have yet to hunt jedi nor will I get a kick out of taking their exp.I can see how someone may dislike an elite alpha class and try to prevent them or impede their progress even though its a human on the other side. Think how many people who dont want to be a jedi have to feel when they gcw and get killed by jedi or all they see are jedi.I will do it morefor rp`ing but I wont lose any sleep over some alpha class having a harder time of it.

Please turn off your sin key, and realize that it was the republic when he ordered order 66, thus all jedi became the enemy of the republic, and later upon its forming, the empire. And the republic wasn't destroyed, it was changed into the empire. Since we're using analogies about america, you're trying to say that when a bunch of greedy english settlers landed and started pushing the indians around, their homeland was destroyed and became america. No, we stole their land and made it our own, just like palpetine did with the republic.

When the game takes place the republic still exists. The Emperor will disband the Republic in time, but not now. You would known this if you would have seen the movies.

Quit whining. Xp loss is every bounty hunter's goal. It's the nature of the profession.
Sorry, but dealing xp loss is not why I play a bounty hunter. I do it for the thrill of the hunt and the handsome reward after. Notihng more. I like to roleplay, so Xp loss to me is just a game mechanic that goes along with everything else and has no bearing on my choice of hunts. If I choose a mark in the 150-200,000 range it's because i hope to hit a mark that is level 80 and not so in-tuned with the force that it is actually a challenging fight.I don't do it to grief other players or cause them to lose valuable time. To me doing it for that reason alone isjust rude and is one of the reasons our profession gets riducolous things like publish 20.

If thats true, then why are there 5000+ Jedi in this game? the Republic had thousands of Jedi, but now (EP 4 or 5) there should only be 5 Jedi/Sith

When the game takes place the republic still exists. The Emperor will disband the Republic in time, but not now. You would known this if you would have seen the movies.

First... Don't get me started about the indians, My great grandfather was Full blooded cherokee indian.
Second... The simple point is... It was... But is no longer the Republic This Didn't just happen.
THE GAME IS SET BETWEEN EPISODE 4-5. WHY IS LUKE IN THE GAME??? BECAUSE IT IS AFTER HE JOINED THE rebellion....
In the movies EVERY oneis talking about... He was JUST born... Think about it and read a book instead of watching a movie once in a while. You might realize what has happened in a time line.
The true number of the jedi was unknown too.

Havn't you seen the movies? The Emperor hasn't disolved the Republic yet, he will do it when the senate complain about his actions!

THE REPUBLIC HAS BEEN DEAD FOR A WHILE!! game takes place between number 4-5 AFTER Obi-wan(ben) died, along with lukes family(thats why both houses are deserted, and luke is in hiding with the rebels, (HE'S NOT A BABY) the game even tells you, that the first death star has been destroyed. in number 3 it was stated that the republic is NO MORE. The Emperor took over the Republic, thus making it a DICTATORSHIP, since his opinion is the only one that matters, and all those that disagree..rebels..get hunted down.

There is no point slayer, The can't seem to comprehend there are 6 movies, The game takes place between number 4-5.. They think just cause the "New" Star Wars is out that this game must be about it. How many post Have I said READ A BOOK for once in your Life people. It will help you better comprehend posts like this one.
Here is a break down,
New movie is Number 3, luke and leia are just born at the end of the movie.
Movie number4, Luke finds out about the force and the rebels. He Blows up the deathstar.
STAR WARS GALAXIES is set here
Movie number 5, Luke meets yoda and begins his training,
