Yah, butthe main argument isthat it just costs a lot to take a jedi mission. 10k for buffs, 3-4k (even 10k) for travel to and from, all for a 15k payout right now? Add in the armor and weapons which will eventually degrade over time and we still get a loss. Noteven close toas much as Chibi proposes, but still enough to be seriously annoying. And my logic is assuming that we succeed in EVERy jedi mission we take. Since we don't just add all that buff & travel money to the pile of wasted creds.

you seem to have forgotten the millions of credits that you make while grinding up to master fencer/bh 3000. There is no way in hell you -lose- money grinding bh. And if you do indeed lose money by hunting a jedi, then deal with it, or just dont hunt the jedi. Now cry more noob.
If i recall correctly i made around3 mil creds just grinding missions til master bh. Not to mention all the meat i harvested while grinding up to master scout

I was thinking about how much money I lose on a typical Jedi mission earlier. I didn't bother adding up all the money I've spent just to be a BH in the first place. Here's my typical expenditure breakdown for 1 mission assuming completion and no prolonged multi-planet chases.
Arakyd probe 200
Doc buff10k
Dance buff 5k
Music buff 5k - already losing money
2 initial brandy (i'm liberal with my brandy) 1200
1 Synthsteak (last crate cost 225k for 50 uses) 4500
Average travel cost to planet from Kaadara (usually Dath...often Dant or Tat) 4k
Cloning 1k
Insurance (when needed) 4500...probably1k avg. per mission
Seeker droids 0 - I use find and track. I will not give up a vital skill because SOE can't code.
Pre-fight Thaktillo 3500
2 pre-fight brandy 1200
Post-fight hate tells Free
Total cost 36600 - 15k assuming DB = -21600 per Jedi
This is pretty much a minimum cost per mission. If the Jedi runs (and they always run) and gets away (temporarily), then there are additional shuttle hops involved trying to cut him off before he can shuttle again, additional brandies and Thaktillo, additional cloning fees, Arakyds, etc. Also the ancillary cost of vehicle repair after a long chase of 3-4k. If the first mission on a buff is quick and successful, I can get a second mission in for only a 1600 credit loss assuming it goes perfectly. I've never had back to back missions where neither Jedi either tried to run or had babysitters. The funny thing is it's actually cheaper for me now that TEF is gone and droids work. Sure I took the 150k missions, but I wasn't gonna pass up a guaranteed fight (well, you know what I mean) to find someone who was probably going to be AFK on a PA roof hall.

Nope. I can actually get a good LLC for about 30k, but it costs 5k for a good slice, and I give 10-15k for breathing space unless you know a definitive cost for each purchase. 1.6 for travel is accurate. Divide by the 50,000 for every 5 missions, about 10k a mission give or take between the droid costs and the ACTUAL travel. That may be why you think it's inflated, I added the droid costs with each trip in increments of 5.
100k currently for a PSG on Valc with Imperial Proto specs. The armor was for costs prior to the LS damage-type patch. Only NOW that LS no longer does Kinetic is that incurrate. But you STILL need the armor 9/10 times to actually even reach the Jedi. Squill caves come to mind unless you're a TKA.
Cloning, if you want just throw it out. Even if you cut 3mil in costs, it's still obscene.

And yes, I agree with the point that 15k isn't enough to cover travel, buffs, and droids, but some of the numbers that the original poster is throwing out is rediculous. The devs have said that this is only temporary and will be changed soon(tm).

You should probably ask for this post to be deleted by a mod, because if you spent 20.9 mil just to get ready to hunt a Jedi, that's just embarassing.
I mastered all 32 professions to unlock my slot and didn't ever spend close to 20.9 mil creds. I even successfully hunted Jedi in my brief stint as a BH.
If these numbers are real, you should probably just play Tetris... cause thats just sad.

The biggest problem was, and still is, is that Most Jedi have to spend at least 2 times or more than u BHs on Force crystals, Damage Crystals, Pearls, and Crafting and Manufacturing stuff like Steal, Aluminum, Gasses, and Gemstones.
So Princess Chibi ur name fits u Perfectlt as translated Princess baby.................. Sounds like like u need ur dido changed because ur sure 1 whiny baby that isnt good in Math.
And u Never got straight A's in ur class......
