Nah, a master bh when everything is fixed will beable to hold off a padawan. Jango fett even though he is one of the best owned a padawan. I think initaites is where you will want to killa jedi before they become a light saber wielding padawan. Once they become a knight start getting about 4-8 master bh's together to beat one and once they hit jedi master, make sure to make friends with them. Unless you meet me i hope to reach dark jedi master and hack heads off daily =-D! Hvae fun jedi hunting if you dont become the hunted first!

if the devs wont give player bounties they should at least let master bh's have a jedi bh term. that way we make the life of a jedi that much harder.

From what we've uncovered, it looks like you have to master the first Jedi profession (Initiate) to even become a Padawon. So it's entirely possible a Bounty Hunter will lose to one.

Remember the Jedi who jumped up? Who got owned by Jango? .

Also remember the beast in the arena, all Mace could do was chop its horn off, jango was the one who killed it.....Also remember jango's equip was damaged, and he was probably injured before the fight.

That being said...from how the skill trees look, it seems a master BH will own a padawan, but a Jedi would destroy us ...Jedis can heal mind hehe.

Which is how it should be, I personally think it should take 4-5 maxed chars to kill a jedi, which means 4-5 bounty hunters.

Would be nifty if master BH's got rewards when we killed a Jedi though

I thought the devs said that a Jedi Master would beat like 20 other Masters of the normal professions. So, the initiate may be able to beat one MBH........which is why we would fight in groups....LOL

What about....they will get Perm Death....but we would get perm Wounds, like that only the truly brave Jedi hunters will go hunting.

I think the key to Jedi hunting will be to get to them early. I don't like to use the movies as a basis for /con levels and def I think that once PC reach a Jedi Knight level that we'll be in trouble. What we (a small covert group of Imperial Bounty Hunters on Shadowfire) are planning to do would be to use our spy network to identify the FS characters. From there we will work up a strategy and then serve the Empires justice. I had to post this idea on the Shadowfire board also, b/c I don't want people calling us griefers (although I'm sure the whinners will) it's just another aspect of PvP that fits well into the the timeline of the story that we are currently in.

truly the thought of it makes me want to roll up a new guy on Shadowfire so i can join you in this endeavor, i dont think anyone on bria is too intrested. i brought up hunting down jedis a few days ago and got booed down. wth? course that was on a different board.

I cannot wait to play a jedi character, however...as a BH i believe they should be hunted! its star wars!!!! If your a jedi...better avoid my BH....if your a BH...GL finding my jedi

What I'm wondering is what the PC Jedi HAM will be like. . . will itbe toDark Jedis/SMC/Nightsisters as regular PCs are to Stormtroopers and such (which would give them about 3k HAM)? Or will they be stuck at the 650 HAM range?

Can other jedis hunt together without their "attention" meter going up?
