Thread: AB Slice BROKEN numbers in side Sam need you to look at this.

On a side note anyone notice any change to action regen? with +176 action regen blob candy and booster blue I could fire crit,KD,crit using a 68 sac rifle with out using more than 1/4 of my action. Now it eats up more than 1/3.

These numbers are the type of numbers i used to get hit with when i wore comp no ab sliced, its my first loss in 7 weeks in the end i ran out of mind, somthign is terribly wrong, my mind regen didnt seem to be working that much either, but saying that i was healing a lot.
CAn you take a look sam see if thers a problem ive never been hit like this with the above armour ever.

I agree with ab slice not working. I was on mustafar fighting the lvl 87 profit with a full suit of ab resist armor. The profit ab'ed me and then attacked me with power attack.
2050 dmg was inflicted out of a possible 2500 dmg. My 6400 kinetic and energy resist battle armor only absorbed 450 dmg. Is that right?
I too have tested out armor break sliced armor by testing my set of armor with it and a set of armor without it. The Energy Resistances are exactly the same and I got hit for exactly the same amount of damage.
I was under the impression Armor Break takes away 75% of the effectiveness of it. Is this broken or perhaps now it is a 75% armor break immunity ?

EXACT same thing happening to me now. FIX THIS!
I havent hunted since pub 24 but Im not sure I understand what the problem is? As far as I understand, AB slices give you a 75% of resisting an armor break. It does not reduce damage.
Once your armor is broken, then its effectivness (% of damage absorbed) is reduced while the AB is in effect.
So are you guys saying that AB slices are not giving you a 75% chance of resisting an AB (remember 75% is only for many many trials..dont expect to see 3 in 4 resisted or other limited trial amounts).

Nonono ... Re Read again it seems armorholes are back, at some point of impact our armor is not absorbing the damage, it is just sliding threw at times.
A dev be specific? Hmm....
EDIT: Actually just read some tests where indeed AB slices reduce the effectivness of AB not decrease the chance of sticking..So now I understand where the problem is.
