75% armor break slice means you will only take 25% of the damage bonus given by being armor broke. It does not mean you have a 75% chance to resist the armorbreak attack. So instead of 100% bonus for the AB you only take 25% damage from the bonus.
I went back to wow.. Very upset with sony at the moment.
