Better addition to a bh template....


Smuggler 4-0-0-0 or Combat Medic 4-0-0-0?

I am:


MBH, MSmugg, i dont have the best speed, 95 with a few attachments, and 225 acc. Its not the best at pvp by yourself but you are a valuable asseset when it comes to rooting, with concusion shot you root em for 40sec(or something close to that) that is plenty enough time for your pals to kill somone. Its also really nice to have in pve, you can crowd control like a mofo, providing you know what your doing . you get some nice shots from smugg besides conc. shot, such as last ditch, lowblow, and confusion shot. lowblow lowering there speed by 40 for about 10 secs or so, last ditch just kicks ass, and confusion shot can stun and dizzy one target. im not a hardcore pvper and i like this temp. if you pvp hardcore ii probly wouldnt recommend it. i like it mainly b/c im more valuable than damage dealers in groups, and the nice benifits from smuggler. i enjoy that 35% off all faction cost, as well as feign death(thats saved me to many times to count). oh and dont forget that 100% language comprehnsion, all those twels talking with there lekku and all

I'm going for:


Master Carbs, Master BH, 0/0/0/3 Pistoleer for Stopping shot, and 0/2/0/0 Medic for Bacta Toss.


This way I can transfer between a decent damage dealer when it comes to bounties (keep 'em in place too with Stopping Shot) and a support personal with Bacta Toss...

I've a lot of people talking about 4/x/x/x Combat medic as pretty much a must have for any viable jedi hunter. What advantages does this tree provide that allow BH's to basically tank until a Jedi has drained Force.

Master Riflemen, Master Bounty Hunter, X/4/X/4 pistoleer.


I know the template has been discussed several times before, and i must say, before hunting jedi,i was in love with the template. In any hunting group, i agroed the creatures because this template is built for damage dealing. With a ranged of 65m, a stopping shot, ranged KD, and the ability to alternate between Critical and head shot, I could easily dish out close to 1K damage per second. With this template, Melee non-jediprofessions have no competition. Once they are knocked down, they should give up any hope of catching up again. I have yet to fight a melee character who can touch me in a duel. Pistoleers almost follow the same rules. However, against jedi. I can reduce their HP by alot, but not enough to kill them. Against Jedi's, this template is severely flawed. This template is built for quick bouts. Four shots tilincap is my average. However, beyond 5 or 6 shots, this template is useless until action regens.

Master BH, Master Carbineer, Pistols 4004.


I get 2 deadly default shots, Advanced critical and Improved Leg Shot, which seem to cycle and a slightly different phase for faster delivery. All the bh shots of course, eye, body torso.


I have improved stopping shot, and a improved critical for rooting and snaring.


The 4xxx tree from pistols gives me the pistol speed, and +10 gen rang speed, which speeds up my carbine (Proton Carb , my choice weapon)


The xxx4 from the pistols tree, gives me a ton of extra melee and rang def, plus the stopping shot. And i never use a high cap scatter pistol, jedi have told me the kinetic damage seems to effect them less.

You may have forgotten to drop the Marksman skills from a previously mastered ranged profession, I myself have run into this. For example, you may've been Master Pistoleer but decided to go Master Rifleman. You dropped all of your Pistoleer skills and then went to pick up the Rifleman skills without dropping the Pistols line of Marskman.

oh i didnt see this section before... hopefully i can get some help with templets here...


right now iam going towards


MBH masterMarksman and medic 4140 doctor 4040 or Medic 4440 instead of the doctor not sure.


i am looking for a good PVP templet... not sure if this is ne use

well, Ive jsut respecd from master pistols/MBH/commando 4000 which I had about 299 melee defense with a shirt, but I wasnt liking the range with the pistols so Im now a Master Carbs/MBH/pistols 0004 and this works extremely well, I can keep the Jedi far way from me forpractically ever.

Im MBH/Mrifle/ novice combat medic 4000


i used to be novice doc 0000, and although i miss healing my own wounds, the extra melee and ranged defense is nice


anyone have something similar?

My current template is:


1.Master Marksman (which i think is a very important addition to be a ranged specialist!)

2.Master Rifleman (kick's ass!)

3.Master Bounty Hunter

4.Scout 4040




Hunting4 is also a great addition, you get extra creature to-hit bonus!

THis is a great PVP template. Master Smuggler Master BH rocks. Whenever i get in a fight they always come after me first cause they fear the ROOT.

Iam still new at this game but this is the templet i am working on...


I have a question does mitiagations stack. if you have movement20% 30% and 40% what happens...
