What aboutthis new kind of Jedi duel exploit?
A jedi start a duel before a BH attacks. And his mate steal DB from the BH, avoiding xp loss.
Don t know if it s possible to "start" a duel before moving outside, just in case a bh come...Imagine all a group who duel each other, ready to DB before the BH to come.
BH TEF should close a duel session. But Flag does exist only if jedi fight....

This happens WAY too often, is really a waste of droids, and a huge waste of time.
I take out the highest payouts, all level 80 (in reality end up as level 81-83)...they are so easy...duelist stance...shoot...shoot..x 10...heal....shoot...shoot... they die
MBH/MCM/P003, 4500 energy, 7000 kinetic Battle armor
Even when they go melee, same thing, just add an extra heal every now and again...If you don't have CM 4000, then make sure to bring ruby biel and stimD's...(which I never waste on these mobs)
My Jediused to help friendly BH's take these down, now I just wonder why? I'm a noob with this template

over the course of the last few days, 1/3 to 1/2 of my missions have been bugged due to NPC marks that either spawn over water, or just aren't there. I've wasted nearly a crate of probe droids on these, and at least 2 crates of seekers. I've tried taking shuttles elsewhere, going off planet, re-lanuching probes to try and get the system to "reset" but no-go. I take all my missions out of Daeric, This particular one, when I launched my probe, appeared just outside the Daeric starport. I fly over there real quick, and there's no mark around. I launch a seeker, the waypoint does not move. I flew to another planet, launched at probe... probe told me the mark was on Talus .. I fly back to Daeric, waypoint is in the same spot, another seeker later nothing moves. The waypoint is always centered on a white NPC (permanent NPC, these 'commoner' 'smuggler' or whatever.. the guys that are always standing in that spot)

I have to agree -- I decided to swao my combat and crafting toons with no respecs left so grinding from scratch. Trying to do investigation iii -- first mission pulled tonight....got to the third wp and it was in water "Mission Incomplete" message (30 minutes gone). Pull another mission -- 4th waypoint - OMG there is actually a mark WOOT....but spending 45 minutes to kill one NPC while grinding just seems a little excessive - I don't remember it being this hard before (not to mention expensive with all the droids I am going through)
Nice to see this added. Still waiting on Dev reply though.

Is this really an issue Tanks? I don't know about you, but I have no problem at least getting in one attack on a KD'd NPC. Yeah, it does sort of make the attack worthless for stationary targets, but it's really no different than a PC using a KD rec immediately
PS: How about those changes to scout with the imminent ranger revamp?

- Jedi keep spamming /duel, /endduel to determine if a BH has a mission on them. Devs have acknowledged that as an issue.
- Jedi can run into Factional Structures while BH TEF is still active.
- Waypoints for NPC marks do not update for several minutes, and then suddenly the mark will be thousands of meters away.
- Duelist stanceis reflecting back a fixed amount of 25 damage only. Suggest a % of damage taken (10-25%).
- Underhand shot/Improved Underhand shot - Mobs and NPCs pop right back up evenbeforea chance to fire again.
- Improved Confusion Shot (Stun, Blind, Dizzy) - Resisted 75% of the time by lvl 35-54 NPCs, seems to be too ineffective. Usefulness of state effects is a gloabla issue.

To all of those who chronically complain about marks in the water and off the map...learn some patience! In another post (use Dev Tracker, I don't remember where the post is), the devs clearly stated that the initial spawn points and marks showing up in water and buildings and such is a limitation of the server technology. So, that isn't going away. However, YOU, the BH, can prevent this from happening to you quite easily with a little patience. Do not jump on your bike and ride out to the waypoint the instant you hit the planet. Wait a bit before traveling to the mark's planet and he has a better shot at having moved away from that bad initial spawn point. Watch the path the mark is taking...if it passes near large bodies of water or player cities, see if you can catch him away from such obsticles. Of course, if we are talking about non-moving marks (Novice and maybe Inv I, though you shouldn't be doing any missions at Inv I, you should be bypassing it by stocking up your XP to 10k via Novice missions) spawning in water and buildings, well, that's just tough luck and not nearly the waste of time as the ones where travel to another planet is needed.
To summarize, be patient. Don't try to get to the mark as fast as possible, get to the mark as smart as possible.
Good hunting.
Yesterday evening, after a little pc hunt (6-7 marks) i tried to grab a jedi mission. I found one on endor....
When there.... launched seeker to identify the mark....
No identification.... and the same text as if i had sent it in tracking mode but only for one update :
"waypoint updated"
"your probe droid will continue to update the location"
"your probe droid lost you mark"
He was in the DWB
