i didnt get the targets name (jedi) when i usea seeker with identify target

NPC misisons still aren't spawning 100 percent, also if mark is in city it doesn't spawn at all.

I don't know how long I've been at this, not constantly at any rate, but is there an easy, yet challenging path to Master BH? Anyone have any pointers?
