anyone else still see a low bleed effect on mobs using torso shot? A friend with 0400 brawler's bleed attack did double the bleed damage of my torso shot and its a novice profession skill

I bugged this, but it is getting quite annoying.


The last 5...that's right 5...missions have been bugged. One was not at the location, even after waiting on my seeker to update 3 times without the waypoint moving. The next one spawned inside a rock. One spawned off the edge of the map, and "mission incomplete" the next one spawned in the naboo ocean, and the last one was a "mission incomplete" when within 200m, although I have no idea why.


That is 5 in a row.


About an hour and a half's worth of my time.


I expect one to be bugged out of maybe 5-10 missions. But 5 in a row is completely unacceptable.

Why oh Why is it that we can now take Boss marks, but nobody can help us with them? I can't solo a Boss mark, sure I might suck a bit at combat, but seriously how do you expect a level 80 to take down a level <<83>>






Get a friend that is a CM or a doc to help you or hire one. THey can not attack your target but they can heal you fast enough that you can outlast the Boss.

ahh the "in cities" thing is easy to overcome


Basically if the marker shows as in city they generally arnt. BUT if you use the /tar (then the name of the guy who is on the mission thing in your datapad) you will either get the target or you can just circle a bit in the city till that works... or he will be within 200m of the edge of the city.

3ways IMOO to solve this...


1) Give bounty hunters a flushing shot. A shot that does no damage or little damage but performs a limited range (maybe like a cone shot or AOE melee type of area) that will hit the jedi and force him to uncloak.


2) only allow jedi to cloak IF they havnt been hit for X ammount of time (maybe 1 minute).


3) only allow jedi to cloak IF they are X distance away from an agro'd target or BH who has a mission on them (though of course if they are cloaked before the bounty hunter starts on them they are fine to remain cloaked).


also i would like to seebounty hunters given a way to group hunt jedi who have very high visability, as at the moment all the jedi run around all day in mining outpost showing off their skills, and know they will be on the bounty boards from visability, but after a point they just dont have to care anymore as reguardless of what they do their visability isnt going to go down.


Oryou could have a system that means jedi with VERY VERY high visability are just that well known to the bounty hunters guild that you do not need to take a mission to attack them as almost all BH would have heard about the person and got a piccy of him or her as a wanted target.








They should just make Cloak a move that you can't use while in combat.


This means that jedi would actually have to run for a while before they can just disappear.


AlsoCloak needs an appropiate reuse timer. The current one I believe is only 30 seconds. A re use timer of 5 mins or 10 mins should fix everything.

What aboutthis new kind of Jedi duel exploit?


A jedi start a duel before a BH attacks. And his mate steal DB from the BH, avoiding xp loss.


Don t know if it s possible to "start" a duel before moving outside, just in case a bh come...Imagine all a group who duel each other, ready to DB before the BH to come.


BH TEF should close a duel session. But Flag does exist only if jedi fight....

I cant figure out how to quote someone on this forum. this is a reply to the lvl 80 who cant take out a 83. im a lvl 76 bh and i took out a lvl 82 target. im not mbh either. im not sure if bosses are harder but the lvl 82 discription was heavily armed and dangerous. i think your going with an inefficient template if your getting beat like that. i dont believe you should have to go with a cookie cutter but that doesnt mean you shouldnt have a template that is effective for the job you want to do.

In my opinion, state effects are working fine, but they're really part of a long drawn out fight. Unless you want to waste precious time to applystates while attempting an alpha strike, there are no real ways to test this short of getting in a long drawn out fight. States cause a little extra damage to go through, which it makes a big difference when your using damage that is appropriate, i.e. kinetic damage vs. recon, energy vs. assult. Either vs. battle. We are bounty hunters and a long drawn out fight is the last thing on our minds, we want a quick, efficient, staggering success before our targets know what hit em.

  1. Torso Shot bleed is for ~49 damage every 6-7seconds, seems to be very insignificant. I have seen it as high as 140 now. Fixed.

haven't seen this... but what is the logic that your friend's can't heal you vs jedi, while the jedi have a significant ammount of defensive and healing abilities that they need not give up combat prowess to obtain? this game has never been 1 on 1, why restrict it to these missions now?
