Wake up this has nothing to do with the real world, it's Star Wars for crying out loud, it is not meant to be like the real world, if it was we would not have speeder bikes, any of the ranged weapons and hundreds of other things in this game. I also have to disagree with this anyway, as if a bank robber/murderer was hunted by the police and he/she killed them he could run off with their car, their wallets, their guns etc. But even that is pointless stating as... (and I will spell it out for you and bold and underline it just in case you miss it) SWG IS NOT THE REAL WORLD.
I thought you wanted Jedi to come out of their houses to fight instead of hiding in them, are you too short sight to see that without benefits and only exp loss a lot of Jedi think it is pointless fighting you, so therefore you are in this situation. If a benefit was given to the Jedi you would find more of them willing to actually fight you. I just think that you do not want Jedi to get any jollies just because you are their ingame nemesis.
Also I am a bit confused as to your FRS comment, as far as I know this system was seperate from the terminal/bh hunting one and FRS farming could be done regardless of if you were on the terms or not. what was the point of this comment?? The FRS exploiting system would not come back just because the Jedi get something in return for fighting BH's, that will only happen when the Devs come up with another ill conceived of idea for the new FRS

Exactly. There shouldn't be an incentive for getting on the terms. It should be all negative and since it is all negative, as it should be, jedi have no reason to fight BH. Thus running, hiding, evading is a jedi's job, end of story. If one gets to a house without a TEF, you failed the mission.
I could not conceive of a more appropriate response to the original post than was given in the first few responses:

A BH that lets a Jedi escape to a house simply failed at his job and should practice more and complain less because it is their lack of skill that is the problem, not the game mechanics. Perhaps these BH's should take up the newest jed...er, ranger skill of cloaking and try the stealthy approach instead of the Leroy Jenkins method of attack.

You seem to be completely oblivious to the idea of hiding Jargal. Jedi get on the terms.
Option A: Play the game normally and wait for the 'term timer' to go and hope no bounty hunter comes for you.
Option B: Sit in safety, and wait for the 'term timer' to go knowing that bounty hunters cant get you.
Which would you choose, Hiding in your housewaiting for your 'accidental' lightsaber show to be forgotten (Surely the idea of getting of the termsis that Jedi wait for the heat to be off before venturing out) Or be in constant danger of BH attack?
This timer for your visibility...does it "tick" even though you´re not online? Or is it only online time that counts?

Therefore our circumstances has changed, and therefore jedis circumstances should also change to make a good compromise.

The reward for killing a Jedi pre publish 9 was 15k.
BH wanted the ability to Solo a Jedi mark. The Jedi profession has been weakened several times since its' inception to accomodate that.
With each nerf to the strength of Jedi the BH rewards have been decreased. That is the compromise you have been given.
If you are to lazy to look for marks other than the ones standing next to you, and accept that they may not be available for you when you arrive, it may be time to choose another profession.

If you wanna do quests without being hunted, log on your alt! How f-ing hard is this to understand? You have a choice, even after you have your jedi, you can still play without being hunted. But as soon as you´re playing your jedi, you agree to being hunted. You ARE in fact BH´s content wether you like it or not! And you know what else? Here it comes again.....YOU CHOSE to be the content of BH´s.
So while the bh community is playing the game as intended, you´re just online wasting time and bandwidth. Get over yourself!
True we do choose to be hunted when we get Jedi, but and it's a big but we get to choose what we do with our game time as well and if we want to admire the insides of our house. I will also say that being in our houses we are playing the game as intended otherwise there wouldn't be player housing

You are correct. You are allowed to do whatever you want with your gametime. At least as long as you´re not griefing, harrassing, exploiting etc etc. And to admire the inside of your house is also ok. But that wouldn´t be done afk, would it? I decorate my house...sometimes I spend an hour in it or more. But I sure as hell aint afk while doing it. Do I ever go afk? Of course...dinner, walk the dog etc. But if I´m going away for more than 30 minutes or so, I log off.
