Thread: Bounty Hunters... what can Dev do Right Now??

If you read the Development forum, 50% of all posts are about Jedis and only concerning Jedis, that in theory, they are 5% of population of this game, then you are doing the first and better changes for the 5% of the popularity, ignoring other professions, like comandos, smugglers, pistoleer, carabineer and Bounty Hunter, only to say some ignored professions.
- We don't want to dabble, then its stupid to delete parts of scout, we want a good and balanced profession with the things that we see in films, dards, traps for humans, a great sort of weapons.
- Fix the professions that you must fix and don't nerf them when they need a fix. What happens with comandos and their heavy weapons? they are useless.
Smugglers don't smuggle.
Bounty Hunters don't hunt.
But yes....Jedis have a complete revamp, with rankings, his own robes, unique weapons (If all people can have a BH armor, mandalorian and jetpak, give all lightsabers).
I think that when people hear something about this game, can imagine to live the adventures of films. A life in Galactic civil War with the corruption of the Empire and the Rebelion. We form part of this life, in films we see several Bounty Hunters and this game is nothing compared with films.
We want to see a Star Wars game, not a documental of Jedi wildlife.

We are going to remove the Trapping, Hunting, and Survival Scout lines from the Bounty Hunter prerequisites.
This should give you and additional 48 skill points to add to the 33 you had left over for a total of 81 additional point to spend as you please.
This is something that we have been considering for a long time, and wanted to do as part of the CB, but we need you to be as effective as possible against Jedi as soon as possible. This is a start.
Your other issues are known, and in varying stages of development, but we want you to know that things are going to get better. Hopefully rapidly.
This change will be hitting Test Center tomorrow afternoon, and should be Live by Friday.

Thanks G. You don't know how much it sucked to type 'yes' to surrender MBH yesterday. This change will at least allow us to survive until the CB without having to give up too much of our skill set. When you guys are working on the CB though, please remember that not everybody wants to be a TKM or Jedi. I was already resigned to the fact that I'm being forced to become a melee, but now at least I get to keep my guns too! ![]()
The most important issue you can address is the droids. With TEF gone
, we have to have working droids in some form. This is a MASSIVEly Multiplayer Online Game. Personally, I don't even care if they are all that accurate. Just get me to the right quadrant of the right planet, and I'll do the rest. If for whatever reason you guys can't get the droids working again, please at least put the TEF back in for MBH.
To the posters complaining that everybody on the server will be grinding out Invest 3 and hunting Jedi: YIPPEE!!!! The more the merrier! I want those Jedi hearts (<<<oxymoron) pounding from the second they login to the second they logoff from the cloner.
