Tested with action regen foods such that the regen combined rate was about +600.


No effect on speed, just allowed my action to regen far faster.

Hi all,


Is there any point trying to get as much speed as possible?

I currently have +12 two handed speed This is +5 In a belt, +3 In a shirt, +4 in a hat.

Im currently TK as well so I only wear clothing will this still work too?

and im getting a +11 and a + 7 bringing me up to +30

The problem isI cannot see much of a difference.

Is there any?

My current speed is 147 and accuracy is 290.

Any help would be appreciated.

the speed cap was a thing of pre-cu swg.

you can no longer hit at one time per second. and skill mods have diminishing returns, this means that the first 50 points does more than the last 50.

somewhere around 160 total speed will get you about as fast as you are going to be. if you want to be faster use a powerup on your weapons.

At what speed modifier does fencer cap at? +100? +150?

Is there a solid cap does the curve go to zero or just keep getting infinitesimally smaller? Id like to know too

ive heard there arent skill caps anymore


but the percentage added by skills lower as you get more mods


example


you have a +25 one handed speed attachment, you equip it and you get +5% to speed


and then you get another +25 mod and you equip it, but it only adds +1% to speed



im not completely sure, but i think thats the basis on how it works

what is the modded speed needed to be able to do one special per second, 0.75?

Pretty sure the speed cap is 1 second. Ive had weapons below that with PuP's , but im pretty sure the global cooldown wont let the actual shot cycle drop below 1 second.

whats the modded speed needed for speed cap?, im trying to hit 1 special per second without doc combat speed buffs, my modded speed is 0.78 and still not hitting specials (leg shot and critical shot) every 1 second

how does the speed modifier affect my weapon speed? how much speed modifier would i need to cap a 2.76 speed pike?

Oki what i want to know is:

Is therea speed cap on 2handed swords speed?


Ive got attachments that add up to +25 2h speed and have my speed at 149, can i get this any higher by say getting general melee speed attachments? and is there a cap?

Yes you can increase by another +25 from gen. melee speed. The cap is limited to +25 in individual attachments/BE clothes. So you can increase your speed by 50 on top of what your template provides you.

plus the FS gen melee speed.

+25 2h speed from SEAs
+25 general melee speed from SEAs
+12 general melee speed from FS skills


same goes for accuracy, which after a point is more useful than speed.
