Torso shot is not fixed using a 1049 max damage carbine hitting mobs my level or 20 levels lower results in a bleed between 60-80 now when a mob has anywhere from 4k-18k health what exaclty is the point? Please post when you saw it over 100 so i can go try to duplicate it. The bleed needs to be doubled to make it even remotly useful. Id probably request it does a 20% bleed based on the damage the creature took.

A question/suggestion on this Tanks - Why not base the CL of the Mark (and perhaps its associated payout) on a Green toRed scale? For each mission level the Payout of that mission would be related tohow theMarkwould con to us. That way a CL 80 Bounty Hunter just starting up the INV line would always face someone they would have to exert effort into beating, while someone working up the trees from scratch would be able to face someone within their class of profeiciency. This might also be applicable to Jedi Bounties, but that is secondary to the NPC system.

This issue MUST be fixed immediatly. I had this happen not once, but twice last night on two seperate targets, it's the most unfair thing I've ever seen since being a BH.

Hop on your speeder and get up next to them ( swoops are faster than the multi passenger cars ) dismount and fire.. they cant heal themselves sitting in the transport. I do hope it gets fixed... but do this in the meantime

I thought your responsibilities as a correspondent is to convey what the player base on the forums have issues with?

True but he has to prioritize the TOP 5! He had to make 5 and no more. Also this DB timer is a problem ALL professions are having.
