Ok, it is shooting. The problem was that no stats weren't showing until I programmed it to attack. This is a problem from me because I want to sell the droids and they look like they don't shoot. Thanks for answeringmy questions. I appreciate it.

It's a problem for all of us. However, I get around it by putting my own statistical infomation in the seller's description field when I place it on a vendor (like damage output, health, armor, etc.). Never had a question about the legitimacy of my information.

If you don't know what the information actually is, then you just gotta bite the bullet and Call one.

I simply put up a note on the vendor with the ratings for Level 30 droids as these would be what are primarily combat droids. I tend to make about 5 different combo droids with combat and they all sell within days. No complaints yet.

Personally, I don't use droids for hunting Jedi. I find the Jedi will pwn almost any droid in 2 seconds flat. I did use them for NPC marks tho... I used to use a Probot droid against them... Get one that will auto-repair itself. and turn that on every time you engage an NPC mark... It's only really viable up to CL 35, tho.

So, to sum up. If yer below CL 35, get a Probot and enjoy the extra damage. If yer MBH and on to hunting Jedi... Don't bother with combat droids. Some people do like Bomb-droids for Jedi-hunting tho.

I'm out

If you have healing get a combat droid with some med in it and it will boost your healing.

I have a nice probot that helps to distract the enemy if I get KD'd. It doesn't help terribly much, but it's still a drain and any little bit extra doesn't hurt.

Plus if you have CM you can group with it and use bacta spray and it will heal you both.

Haveing a droid out wont hurt, infact it could only help in any case.

Some will say you dont need em. Im just saying go for it. Useing a droid even in a jedi fight is worth a bit, your droid will get out a few shots if not more before getting dropped and in some cases wont even attract the jedis attention due to the low power damage it inflicts.....BUT its just as good as a DOT if thats the case. If he does get his attention, well thats 10 seconds that wont be spent nailing you with armor break or something.

Ive had my droid out and not even had him engage until further in the fight to ensureI got him in the fray whenI needed him.

Bottom line is they can add a lil fun to the hunt and can come in handy, you'll really notice health bar damage Vs NPCs with a droid out.

I talk to my droid.. "we'll just keep that secret tho k?" hehe

iuse a probot for none jedi missions

and its good ! i guy in my guild is a DE and a very good one he built me a probot to test against my marks , im hunting cl80+ marks and my probot is hitting my mark for avg of 75dmg every 1.5secs .

the tactic is to get the bot out and command him to stay then target youmark and open fire shoot at him 5 or 6 times to make sure he is agroed to you then order your bot to open fire always keep your bot behind you the only time your bot would be hit is when your mark use's area's but it dont dmg the bot much and you just use a bot stim on him.

bomb bots are good against jedi if you use them well , it just learning on how to use them and you a DET power of over 56 . if your jedi marks runs into water you can pull a bomb bot while in water and hit him with it . it hand to make macro commands for you bomb bots

/tellpet target (playersname)

/tellpet chase target

/tellpet detonate

there are many commands you can make for your bots

i hit a jedi last night for a 1000dmg with det power 56 it just learning on how to use them .

mouse droids are good as there small and hard to notice , then there are the R2 units and probots i think probots have the biggest det power but there the biggest

remember you aint got to go in guns blazing , stalk you target for a bitfind out his template watch his methods , find a weakness and punish him ! use everything in your means within thegame rules . droids can be a great advantage always handy to have a few bomb bots .
