I've canceled my account and it will run out tonight so... I won't post here anymore. I will be able to read it tho, so if there's anything needed to be done just write it and I'll drop a line / update in Kaomond's forum or something.
Now I've gotta see if I can make that level 10 pet with 5k health before I leaveLaters.

thank you thank you - and just to be difficult - there is a minimum damage of 17-128 and this does affect combat level although it doesn't show in the stats - so if you can do:
if (power < 113) then power = 113 in the equation as well please? That makes it a lot more accurate for the lower levels.

I'm seeing a bigger difference between predicted levels and actual levels with the new tool version
The lvl70s that I made were pretty consistant. (a few 71s), and the old tool said lvl69 or lvl70 depending on the recipe. The new tool is guessing about 66-67 for the levels now ![]()
I think I stealth nerfed it - didn't occur to me that people were using it and were used to the old values and able to adjust to them
. Nam - sorry - can we have the old constants back do you think?
Dor
It's the damage equation that is wrong on that end. Copied from your BE tool help file and working out power to get 17 you need 154 and to get 128 you need 113. So well...had to chose one or the other and 113 is smaller than 154 but really we should take a look at all the predictive equations again and get that sorted. I can do that fairly easily although unfortunately I'd not been recording the stats of the final deed on my spreadsheetthinking those equations were ok....
If you can just use 113 for now, then 'fix' the display for the 113 case
we can then go back and play with the equations in the program later? I'm very likely going to have a new set of rules at some point anyway and need you to update
Just to make you more work of course ....
Yours, Dor
