So, I recently returned from abroad, and opened my account. MCH/MBE was my main character professions, popped Jedi before pub9 and made my alt into the MCH/MBE.
It's been almost 9 months andlots of Publishessince I played, so everything is pretty new to me again. Good and Bad
....
I came here to start reading about all the changes and wow, there have been lots. I found this thread, and the tool looks like the BE's dream come true (I remember and still have notebooks full of notes, etc)
I downloaded the tool, now all I need is to figure out how to use it. It opens up and thats about all I can do with it /slapSelf
I did read here in a few posts about running it along with swg. Is this what I must do to get DNA stats into the program?
If someone can give me a link to a Help file, or anything that I can read about how the tools works, that would be great!
Thanks,
/D

I had a help page up, but 5 minutes after I put out the first version I started getting requests for new functions and one week later nothing looked like it used to
Will put some info in the first post now tho.
If I give you more money on bloodfin, will you make my name even BIGGER on the first page????
Honestly - it took a lot of work for you to write this thing (TWICE) and you really need one (or several) pats on the back for it as well ![]()

100k and backpack and you got yourself a personal ad inside the tool
Anyway here's some kind of guide thingy: http://namessiah.underlandet.com/
If you get the sample data file that nam's provided (see the firstpage again)... then on the tool select 'load' ... well it should be fairly obvious. It doesn't integrate THAT much into swg tho
If you run swg in windowed mode then the tool can float on top of it so you can see the numbers as you type them into the tool (or text file you are using or whatever)...

I think I stealth nerfed it - didn't occur to me that people were using it and were used to the old values and able to adjust to them
. Nam - sorry - can we have the old constants back do you think?
Dor
Made a small update - in option you can now choose if you wanna use the new or old formula.
EDIT: Added both new CL predictions.
