Compare Intimidate1 and Intimidate2 i foundsome differences...intimidate2 last longer(3 times|20/60sec.), sticks easierand imo takes away a bit more damage...afaik the devs said that there is allways a 10% chance to land a stat..if so the cap must be +90 for def. vs. xyz...i was master sword/fencer/pistoleer 1043 and novice med...they let me do the flipflop as much as they do it now...i like warcry2 very much...this 20sec. safed some times my life....and don´t forget the extra +5 on toughnessu gain as a master brawler...
btw. there is a big difference doing the flipflop and gettin hit by an ns who is intimidate or not....without intimidate they can slap your a$$ cause u couldn´t heal yourself being kd...taking only half the damage is a big winner in this case...
TKA isgood for landing some stats like stun or blind...those u can´t apply as a swordsman....and its good to switch to tka while doing the flipflop...higher toughness...
As to TKA, it looks to me like all the TKA stuff is unarmed this/unarmed that and of no use in adding to a Master Swordsman combat ability.
Don't get me wrong, I think a good TKA is a site to behold in combat, they kick butt and look cool doing it, but how much of it can you use while wielding a sword? Well besides the uber-cool 'Force of Will', which almost makes TK 4000 worth it alone it would seem to an outside observer.

Master Swords (not willing to change this at all)
Master Brawler (not willing to change this either)
TKA 4404
Fencer 3440
Novice Medic
This will cap me on melee defense, def vs. kd, def vs. posture change down, and damn near cap me on ranged, leaving dizzy and stun at 65.
I dont know what else the sacrificing Medic is going to do for you there. That is close to my build as well , TKM, mbrawler, mswords and rest in fencer defences...
My stimpacks are ;neutron pixie and vercupti if I get in trouble....
But dont be afraid to make friends with perhaps a swordsman / doc and the two of go see if you can give those elders what for.
