Hmmmmmm....this is really an interesting theory.....

However, I have quick question about it, that might require some math. How long do you guys think it will take for a powergamer who plays, lets say, 10-15 hours a day, to achieve it?

And how long a casual gamer who plays an avarage of 2 hours a day will achieve it?

I take that back, by your theory it's possible to fill the force exp bar in under 40 hours, potentially.

Lets just say this template is 100% correct. With this template not everyone will unlock a FS, if you add up all the non-repeats you'll at most 50k jedi exp. Thats about 5% needed in order to unlock the FS. In order to unlock the FS, the player has to take part in many activities such as quests, missions, theme parks, and faction oriented activites. This will take lots of time, especially for the casual player. Now, what confuses me is that a dev recently stated that we can expect to see the first FS in about 2-3 months. Considering the game has been out 1 month, that means people, according to this template, have accumulated over 200k exp.

Sorry for so many posts, but one more question. As far as the profession related abilities go...does that mean 1 reward per 5 mins PER profession, or does that mean 1 reward per 5 minutes per each seperate ability?

What i'm saying is, for example, if you use disarming shot and fan shot, do you get a reward for each, or just 1 reward because they're in the same profession?

Absolutely right. Until someone posts with screenshots, and writes a bio on what they did with their main character, you cannot know with certainty, and even then....it is best to be a bit sceptical.

Well whatever, if you give people hope, no biggie.

But people are just a bit too trusting, especially with nothing to back this up.

But as I said twice already, this is probably a good start either way.

"Sillbinger don't be so naive. Don't believe everything you hear, dev or no dev. Maybe their going to keep it 'very very very rare' (as they stated), by lying? Maybe not."

Coming from someone who blindly accepts a theory they claim came from someone in the know, but with no proof?

Ok....

Dahmer I can only answer you in general way, not because I am witholding info, but because I do not know all the specifics. From what I can tell the spirit of the idea is that repeatable actions cannot be exploited because of a timer, or the action rewards are scaled down. Now I do not know if this means that all combat actions are merged together so that only 1 combat action reward can be recieved every 5 minutes, or not. I would bet that spamming different combat actions would not all yield a reward. Perhaps it may be opponent based, in that you can only recieve a certain amount of XP per opponent. Good question.

Because it can be proven by at least trying. Yea, prove the devs didn't lie. Go ahead. But if yyou read further down, I told you there are different ways to interpret the saying the devs have stated.

How can it be proven by trying?

How do you know that while trying this template out, you're not going to do some other meaningless task and thats what REALLY unlocks the slot?

Theres no proof, and even after people unlock the slot, there is absolutely no way to prove it either way.

So don't call me naive while blindly following him about.

Well you might as well leave the forum if that's goign to be your attitude. Seems nothing can really convince you untill a Dev has said that the FS slot has been unlocked by someone.

"But from another point of view, the 'template' follows the devs' sayings accordignly."

This does fit quite a number of things that the devs had to say about the system. It even manages to fit a couple of things that I suspect only a handful of people even remember them saying.

I remain unconvinced of its veracity, personally, but it's a heck of a lot less looney than a whole bunch of other things I've read here, even if it could have been summed up by simply saying "Play the game" (one of the things I find wrong with it, in fact).

Leave this forum just because I disagree with ONE theory?

Please....get over yourself.

I just find it funny how someone can post that their friend has force powers and he has seen it, and EVERYONE asks for proof before believing it, but someone says their friend knows the truth and everyone buys it right away without a wiff of truth.

But whatever, you're allowed to have whatever opinion you want, just as I am, at least I don't persecute you for yours, I don't remember making any condescending remarks about you just because we had a difference in opinion.
