I know, it is not the right place (want general SWG back) and maybe it is not funny, but anyways... I just made a picture:

I know for many chefs obtaining milk can be a problem, moreso than with other creature harvestable resources, due to the painfully slow process of milking the creature.
However, I just found out tonight that you can harvest milk like any other creature resource (meat/bone/hide) using the /harvest command.
This means, you can kill a creature, target its corpse, and type "/harvest milk" (or write a macro and put it in a PF key).
I believe this will also let multiple people milk a creature, but haven't tried that yet.
I know this had already saved me a lot of time, hoping that other chefs will be able to make more of their favorite pikatta pies and smuggler's delight.
Regards,
Shadrach

My gosh.. it does work after they are dead. I didnt even have my maskscent up.. so I believe this to be a bug of some sorts. It however is much more pleasant then my normal experiences collecting milk. SO I hope it is a feature and not a bug.
/maskScent
*you have been detected*
...wait 60 seconds
/maskscent
/milk
*you begin to milk the creature*
*you continue to milk the creature*
*you continue to milk the creature*
*you continue to milk the creature*
...mob warps 200m away
/giveup

Now if only I had enough power to kill them!
When are they implementing the /throwpie attack?

Confirmed it too. It works. Can the correspondent confirm if this a bug? I vote to keep it this way.

I noticed you get 1/2 the milk you normally would with the /harvest milk method. Also you can milk the creature the normal way.. plus still kill it and harvest milk.

Ha! This is great! Ive gotten 11k of milk since this thread. (the most same type of milk I -ever- had in 1 stack)
p.s you get the same amount you would from from the traditional method & the /harvest method.. I was group when I reported getting 1/2 you normally would eariler. Also Vegash works to get more. Has the same rules as harvesting anything else does. \o/
