Basic resources:

  • Low grade ore
  • Steel
  • Copper
  • Aluminum
  • Fiberplast
  • Inert petrochem
  • Inert Gas

Specific Resources:

  • Extrusive ore in general, and
  • Lidium Extrusive Ore
  • Scilastic Ore
  • Duralloy Steel
  • Duranium Steel
  • Ditanium Steel
  • Neutronium Steel
  • Durallum Aluminum
  • Linksteel Aluminum
  • Byrellius Copper
  • Dioxis Inert Gas

In general, according to the schematics, for alum and copper, it is usually conductivity and OQ, for inert petrochem and fiberplast, OQ, shock adn tough, OQ for most of the steels.

Now, it should be noted that there is no perceptable difference when crafting a droid for using crap materials or great ones.

Some DE's, like myself, will still hunt out the good resources and experiment everything up as far as possible just incase they eventually fix experimentation, and make the fix retroactive. However, most DE's who do this won't buy the uber resrouces - they just keep their hopper rotation such that they always have in stock.

Hope this helps.

Overall Quality is the most important for us.

Resources we need are:

For componanents:

Titanium Aluminum

Class 1 liquid Petrochem

Eleton Reactive Gas

Tolium Reactive Gas

Class 2 Liquid Petrochem

Yavinian Fiberplast

For Poisons/Diseases:

Fungus

non ferrous metal

Reactive Gas

Radioactive

insect meat

Class 1 liquid petrochem should read Class 1 radioactive, sorry. All are more or less equally difficult to find except the yavinian fiber which is always availible (quality of course, varies)

For good harvesters we need steel, metal or ore with HR, SR, UT, UT > 3600

I use 10-20k or more of that kind of stuff daily. I'm probably a medium size business.

Architectsusually can't pay a lot for resources though given pricing and we tend to mine our own.

Class 4 liquid petrochem is a medial componant. I listed what was needed specificly for CMs. Yes, you could also get Class 4 liquid Petrochem, Tatooinian Fiberplast, Lokian WIld Wheat, Talus Water, Dantooine Berries, and herbivore meat and find CMs that would buy them for the healing aspect in us . Also Docs are usually interested in high quality Avian Meat for the buffs that they create.

We have a lot of schematics, so I'm not going to enumerate them all here. You can very easily go to one of the websites (like swgcraft.com) and see our schematics.

As far as the most valuable, hardest to come by stuff. That may very somewhat from BE to BE but at the top of my shopping list is:

fish (pet stim D)

Dantooine Fiberplast (pet stim D)

dathomir instect meat (pet stim C)

insect meat (other than dath)

wild meat (Active bio sensors)

talusian fungus (pet stim B)

In general, our schematics call for high OQ, PE, and flavor.

Yup. So if you find a 99% source of complete cr ap copper, most of us will still pay the 3cpu for a wad of it

Welcome Sensi of Shadowfire. I am Sensi of Ahazi, Master Architect, Master Artisan, Novice Weaponsmith.

Every time I use the search function to see if anyone is talking about me, I end up seeing allot of your posts.

For the final combine and for the actual harvesting mechanism (ore mining unit, fluidic drilling pump), we require high UT/SR/HR ore and steel (and perhaps polymer.) For everything else, quality is irrelevent. We use bulk ore, but I will only pay 3cpu for it.

Now if you want to talk crafting stations, that's a whole different matter and really deserves a thread of it's own.
