Well, if you can provide big stacks of domesticated meat (2.5k or so), you'll make it easier to shake off those people looking for Glazed Glucose Pate.Carnivore meat is needed forBivoli, 750 units per crate. Insect meat is used in Vercupti. There might be a couple more I'm forgetting, but those are the main meat types we need.


There are a few recipes that use hide and/or bone, but the only one that's currently much of a seller is Ormachek, which needs Bristley hide.


OQ and PE, and (less important) Flavorare the important stats on meat, OQ and UT for hide.


Of course, that all might change with the revamp. We're not sure yet what the big sellers are going to be, or if the resource requirements are going to be different.

Hello, I am Sensi of Shadowfire. I am not an chef myself, but a resource harvester. I am currently attempting to determine the most valueable resourrces to each profession in order to create an efficient universal pricing scale. Experimentation to the most extreme levels is the goal, not simply getting the item built.


If you could, please tell me which resource stats are the most significant influence for the final result.


Chefs look for high PE/OQ being the most important and Flavor lastly for the most part on Flora and Meat items. PE/OQ on Chem and Gasitems, and OQ/UT on Hides.


Also, If you had to choose resources that you have the hardest time acquiring, for example LinkSteel Aluminum, what would you say you try to find most frequently? Milk?


I would say a lot of our requirements are hard to find. Unless it's an exceptional resource that seem to interest Doctors as well, most people won't harvest things such as Beans, Fungi, Flowers and things like that. I know on my server finding a decent flora vendor is near impossible. I personally look for Fruits, Wheat, Domesticated Rice, Oats, Tubers and Berries the most.


I already have seen chef FAQ and found it infinitely useful. Primarily i just need to know which resources you keep an eye out for the most.

PetStimD: Fish (OQ, PE), Dant Fiberplast (OQ, UT)


PetStimC: Any Fiberplast (OQ, UT), Dath Insect Meat (OQ, PE).


Those 4 are the biggest for me.


Everything else, is just stuff I grab off the bazaar.
