Thread: What's the worst offer you recieved for a pet?
I never had any problems... Guess I have been lucky so far as all my customers have been really cool.
I even got a ty from a client who loved his two armored CL34/35 gurreck and razor cat I made for him.
But then again I dont really advertise myself much ![]()

actually this is a very common tactic I've seen recently..."but so and so sells it for this much"
I just reply "so get it from them
I have an MCH on Valcyn and I would expect to pay as much for an uber pet as I would for an uber gun. Actually, to a CH, it's worth more. My best pet is a lvl 44 Narglatch with AR 1, 60% Kinetic, 80% Heat, Blast and Stun (I think, from memory, I haven't played that character in two months) 420-440 damage, Strong Poison and Dizzying Strike (no ranged). There weren't as many BE's around then and I happily paid 100k ish. If he had been a higher CL, ranged and higher HAM, I would expect to pay at least 5 times as much. Only higher level CH can handle pets of that kind and by then they should have enough cash to fork out for what will be an uber weapon.
I also think Exceptional 35s and 23s should fetch a premium price as these are the break points for multiple pets. Three pets, covering six made-to-measure specials is an awesome tool.
I believe the skills and knowledge needed by the BEs is higher than any other crafting profession in the game. It also comes with a big element of risk, which most of the others don't, so that should push the price up further. I see the arguments here on the boards but I think your prices are not even in the league they ought to be. I would expect uber pets to start at 500k, anything else is selling your profession cheap, and I'm a customer.

All sorts of words came to mind to respond to him, but I decided that I would just say nothing to him.
So, is 15-20k a reasonable price for a non-CH engineered pet? I am a bounty hunter looking to get some more muscle to take with me on my bounties.
Also, what are the best non-CH pets that are generally available? I know that prices will vary from galaxy to galaxy, I am just trying to get a general feel for prices and stats of non-CH pets.

You must be a community vetern first however.

My stock non-ch pets with 6.5k/3k/2k ham fly off my vendor at 100k each and I do custom orders of them for 75k (less because of the guaranteed sale and I'm getting tired of arguing with people that hate seeing 3 figures and a k for price, heh.
WOW. I would like to know what you are using myself. Funny I max out at 3k 3k 1.5 HAM before it jumps to CL 11. Please enlighten us.
