My stock non-ch pets with 6.5k/3k/2k ham fly off my vendor at 100k each and I do custom orders of them for 75k (less because of the guaranteed sale and I'm getting tired of arguing with people that hate seeing 3 figures and a k for price, heh.
WOW. I would like to know what you are using myself. Funny I max out at 3k 3k 1.5 HAM before it jumps to CL 11. Please enlighten us.
I know from his trade forum posts Lozareth spend some time researching that "formula". I doubt Lozareth would just give it up nor should he
I wouldnt mind knowing myself...not so that I could do it to but so I could submit it to the devs so they can maybe start cleaning up the BE crafting system.
Don't get me wrong, I give Lozareth big props for coming out with such an awesome product but being able to have a 6k ham NON ch pet is just crazy.
NOT because BE shouldnt be able to create awesome creatures but because I'm sick and tired of my other choosen profession (MCH) getting kicked in the balls. Why should some newbie commando or BHhave a 6k ham pet?
If a BE can make a 600% increase in a level 10 creature (compared to their wild counterparts) so should we be able to do the same for level 70 creatures!!!
I want to see a 72k ham CL70 kimo. And I dont want any cluess BE to respond by telling me the damage, to-hit is better in higher level creatures as any CH in the "know" knows pets are only good for absorbing damage and taking aggro... I'll take aCL70 72k kimo that does 30-45 damage, to-hit .35 and a 2.15 attack speed any day over what is being made now.
Anyhow, back on topic, I'm sure the way those high level pets are made is by taking2nd gen3k ham pets made by dasher and pup dna on Dant and re-combining it with some fresh DNA in a certain order... but that's just a guess ![]()

What's the resists and damage on these pets? Probably all vulnerable or single digitand ultra low damage. Even with 10% kinetic the effective kinetic HAM on these is only 6.6k. I have 4 cats all in the CL30's that have over 55k effective HAM, 3 to kinetic, 1 to energy. 72k effective kinetic HAM kimo's are pretty much impossible, but you can get 65k effective kinetic AND energy HAM pretty easy. You also get good resists to everything else as well, even some non energy and kinetic resists of 80%+ for over 100k effective HAM to those damage types. Maybe not 600% increase but still way more powerful than anything natural. I can have 2 of my 11k HAM light armor 60% kinetic resists out at the same time for a total of 110k effective kinetic HAM between me and what wants to harm me. Thats like almost 40k over what you said you'd take.
As far as what the worst offer you ever got, it wasn't from me. I bought 4 pets, stats as follows:
CL 31 Narglatch
HAM 11717/9096/8594
Armor: Light
Resists: 60 kinetic, 8 blast/heat/acid, rest vulnerable
Attack speed: 2.33
To hit: 0.2
Damage: 440-450
Specials: KD/Dizzy
CL 32 Narglatch
HAM 11699/8486/8073
Armor: Light
Resists: 60 kinetic, 9 blast/heat/acid, rest vulnerable
Attack speed: 2.32
To hit: 0.2
Damage: 510-520
Specials: KD/Dizzy
CL 33 Gurrek
HAM 11591/9940/7086
Armor: Light
Resists: 60 kinetic, 35 energy, 76 heat/acid, 62 electricity, rest vulnerable
Attack speed: 2.38
To hit: 0.21
Damage: 270-280
Specials: KD/Strong Poison
CL 37 Narglatch
HAM 11179/6673/6942
Armor: Light
Resists: 35 kinetic, 60 energy, 85 heat/acid/electricity, 8 blast/acid/stun
Attack speed: 2.31
To hit: 0.2
Damage: 190-200
Specials: KD/Dizzy
Total cost: 2.4M or 600k apeice.
Worth every credit too.

I'd say one of the keys for getting the 6k HAM pets is using effective resists instead of special. It seems that a special resist of 15% will raise the CL of the pet more than an effective resist of 15%. Using that I've been able to make pets with HAM of 6k/4k/2k, with an effective resist of 15% to kinetic, blast, and restraint. Sure the damage is low, but damage is negligable to a non-CH, as even a marksman can outdamage some of our top pets.
You don't have to settle for such low resist. I got 55kin into a CL10 with 7k/2.5k/2.5k HAM. Only took 2 generations.
Somebody else made a 3rd gen cl 10 razor cat that was 9k/5k/3k, but I have no doubt this is an invalid pet. I'm gonna make one myself anyway and put it on display to show my awesomeness *laughs*. Maybe I can get it up over 11k health, wouldnt' that be something? I'd make a gurreck skin and call it fluffy I think. *grins*
And my price is between 30-50k per pet, as I usually sell to friends and just want to make it worth my time to do it. This is for any custom pet, regardless of what CL, HAM, etc. If I do what they want, it costs at least 30k. And I only do custom orders anyway, so *shrugs*. Furniture pets I usually give out free though, I keep a stock of trash templates that I bought of a newb BE for just such cases.
Oh, and *sniffs* I just got my edit button!
And what's his name with the cl 30'ish pets, those things are killer!! How did your BE keep the good damage and still get such crazy stats? I can do 9k's with about the same resists/armor that are in the cl 23 range, so overal HAM there is a little better, but you can't deny the help 1k damage per 2 seconds will add in a fight! That is like an ultimate DOT (less initial power than the best DOTs out there, but waaaaay faster).
And I'm done now
Heehee, and now I can fix spelling mistakes too!!

The RESon the pets Lozareth was I **believe** were over 30% in kinetic.
Remember bud, these are level 10 pets that ANY newbie can use and REMEMBER CH was nerfed back in December so that non-ch couldnt not control those kind of pets.
