See above about tanking, but i'm currently thinking about medic 0/0/3/0, which i could combine with unarmed or polearms I-IV (it seems wasteful cuz i will only gain one new ability (KD or KD-area). I could also do Mbrawler (but it leaves me with 4 unusable skill pts), or i could dabble in scout to get nov squad leader, or nov BH
I know it's probably weird in SWG to do a ranged/melee combo, but i think it makes perfect sense for a wookiee.

Hey there and welcome to the wonderful world of wookiees! I am currently a Master Rifle/Master Sword/Master Brawler with combat prowess 0004 for the melee speed +12. According to the devs, Swordsman are no longer "tank" classes though I am finding that since I'm usually the main damage dealer both ranged and melee, I'm usually the one most often getting the hate aggro.
I'm enjoying it but I'm beginning to wonder about the master brawler component and whether it's really necessary. I kinda miss having scout. The other idea I have is to use 12 points to finish combat prowess (+12 melee acc, +12 ranged speed, +12ranged acc) and use 22 points elsewere (scout, enhanced reflexes, or perhaps novicefencer and some of the trees there (since I have the brawler sklls)).
I'm not sure the novice BH or SL would do much for you, nor would just the dabbling in the brawler ua/pike trees. Medic is good.. but I find that just buying stimms works for me so far. Let me know how it goes for you.. I'm still working on mine and would appreciate any advice as well.

I'm about to work on my novice boxes, so I still have crap for damage... but i miss having a knockdown attack. This is really the only reason I would go up ua or pike. I'm not sure which would be better to have, single or area sweep. Also I did pick up medic cuz as a low level i NEED it!
Oh and once this template is done... the Wookiees WILL win.
