The number in parenthesis being what your new total is with the attachments worn.

OK... is it worth it though? I mean as a BH/pistoleer my spd is +109.... and I hit every second while shooting.... if I improved it another 18points will I see a difference? Also... do they cap as well... like if my accuracy caps at +125 but I get another +10 from seas, will it still be a +125?

hi folks i'm new and i was wondering if skill tapes are drops, tailor made or made by a bio engineer? there seems to be a huge diversity in the quality. Some are said to be like 11 to a stat and most I've seen are +1. Can someone give me a breakdown on these? Thanks.
