I'm not sure why you would care to make camps while you have no healing abilities. The exploration and hunting I can understand; but the camping? You may even learn to make traps to make MOBs more susceptible to melee attacks. Other than that, it looks good to me.

Master TKA,
Master Swordsman,
Master Brawler
0/0/4/0 Medic, (I can use D stims!!)
and 1/0/0/0 Scout (for terrain)
There really is no point in having tents and the terrain at 1/0/0/0 is just fine! Being able to heal yourself is more important then scout skills.

Sorry to dissapoint u but u dont have enough skill points for that
If u master Combat Medic It leaves u with enough skillpoints to master an elite ranged proffession (Rifleman, Pistoleer or Carbineer) But only 3 lines of an elite melee proffession (TKA, Fencer, Swordsman, Pikeman)
For this reason i'd reccomend picking up a ranged one instead
If your dead set on a Melee proff I'd reccomend u take TKA with it (4/4/4/0) would probably be best.

OK....so here's what I can still achieve given some (maybe not so good) choices in the past. I'm really looking for advice on the way forward from here:
option 1:
LS - MASTER
ENHANCE - MASTER
DEFENDER - NOVICE
HEAL - 1-2-0-0
And have 10 SPs left over... for what (some defence)? I can't get initimidate which would cost 8+8+6 = 22 is I go this route- so I'd be relying on whatever defence I have and the enlarged force pool and regeneration and healing myself as needed...
OR
option 2:
LS - MASTER
DEFENDER - NOVICE
HEAL - 1-2-0-4
ENHANCE 1-3-0-2 and the balance invested in ENHANCE... targeting force run 2 and the synergy trees - with the benefit of being able to heal states..
OR (last one here!)
option 3:
LS- MASTER
DEFENDER - NOVICE
HEAL 1-2-0-4
POWERS - 0-0-2-0
and ENHANCE 2-3-0-2
Anyway - I'd really appreciate any tips from more experienced / wiser players.

Should just add... the point of option 3 would be to have the heal states and the intimidate....

with choice 2 or 3 your gonna be gimped with Force Power....im not a fan of any of them personally...

lol i can't believe you are considering any of those templates. Personally, I am convinced that MLS, MHealer, 4004 Enhancer is the best template around now for PvP. But, do as you wish
