i agree and i really dont mind anything im more about HUNTING .but i want to know what works BEST and like i said id prefer not to go TKM ... i like straying from the standard ... i think Carbineer looks better then pistoleer but im more concerned with which one is BETTER for jedi and from what i read in the carbineer forum..... im not getting the warm fuzzy feeling about it ..

I was MBH / Carb 1420 / Pistols 0443 for the longest time, giving me speed cappedguns and some very nice state defencesbut jedi just seemed to cut through me way to easily when they got close.
Recently I changed to MBH / Carb 1420 / Pistols 0043 / Novice Brawler and Im finding it to be much more successful, and this is all because of one move..intimidate. This instantly cuts the jedi's damage in half which is a godsend for a ranged BH like me. Im pretty tough to kd(65 defence) which means I no longer use thakitillo. I tend to use my carbs for hunting more than pistols because they have much higher damage so im not really going to miss that pistol acc line i dropped, but I could always eat some snowcake if I needed a boost.

ok so we all know that in the combat revamp defences wont stack, so what will be the best for combat with swordsman.... im thinking doc, please help

I dont think anyone knows yet because we dont quite know what the CU will bring. Doc is never a bad choice as you can heal/buff yourself.
A good template will take time to figure out once the CU comes out.

Ok, well I want a good PvP/PvE template, well alot people want that, here are templates I've though about doing:
1)Master Saber
Master Powers
Healing 4xx4
FP:7100
Note: Can dish out damage but my force will go quick without channel.
2)Master Sabers
Enhancer 4xx4
Healer 4xx4
Power 4010
FP:6125
Note: I know Debilitate and Lightning will be useful in the future, with Enhancer i can keep charging it up.
3)Master Sabers
Master Healer
Enhancer 4004
FP:7100
Note: FOTM tempalte, but i want to imcorporate powers into a template.
4) Master Defender
Master Sabers
Healer 4xx4
FP: 7100
Note: Awesome Defense but no Channel, might not last too long.
I personally like Template 2, but i need to know if it will be any good in PvP

I've browsed the boards and looked for comparisons between Jedi Templates, but I haven't found any by actual players that have played those templates themselves. Can anyone give some constructive advice (not one of those "OMG my template will pwnyours, you suck!" sprees)? I'm just interested in how the template itself will fair WITHOUT food or SEA's, etc.
I'm trying to decide between:
- Master Lightsaber/Master Enhancer/Healer 4004
- Master Lightsaber/Master Healer/Enhancer 4004
- Master Lightsaber/Enhancer 4404/Healer 4404

Hey Rifleman I'm thinking of going Rifleman with M Swords, but I'm no where near speed capped. Should I get M Brawler as well? THen what should I do with my last 18 skill points?

im a swordsman, going for master rifles, probobly gonna drop swordsman when im finished.
however, master brawler goes very good with swordsman, you will get both a little 2h speed bonus but also other great stuff for a swordsman.

My primary profession is Master Dancer. Many people tell me that it is a waste or whatever but I use the game mostly for social reasons and this I am not giving up. So whether you feel it is a worthless use of skillpoints (as I have been told by several people), I dont want to debate about this.
I have been participating more in my RP guild and we often are overt in ST armor sometimes buffed and sometimes not.
I want to compliment my dancer with some combat skills for PVP and I was thinking of Dancer/TKM/Fencer 4040
I am not an expert on putting together pvp templates so I was wondering if this is good or if someone can reccomend something else to go with dancer TK which will let me compete in many cases in PVP under the CURRENT system.
I know revamp is coming and this could all change but until then I would like some advice. I am willing to look templates that dont involve mastering TK but since i am now 1242 TK I would rather not drop TK alltogether.
Thanks and please dont flame me I am not an expert on these things and I know this I am just asking for help.

I am currently trying to decide what to do with my char.
Currently he is Master Smuggler \ Master Weaponsmith\ Merchant 4000
I am tossing up the idea of dropping weaponsmith (getting tired of making weapons) but I still would like to have the option of selling my friends sliced weapons on my vendors. So i've been tossing around the idea of going Master Smuggler \ Master Pistoleer \ Artisan 0044 \ Merchant 3000 ( I believe I could get all those ) or I was thinking of dropping some smuggler skills to have more points to give to other skills. Any suggestions?

3434 enchancements
4444 master defender
I'd appreciate any info on how it'd work?
